Failure in the kitchen today. They forgot to bag part of my order, didn’t put any syrup or icing in the bag for the French toast and cinnasnacks, and then the ice coffee didn’t have hardly any cold brew concentrate but it did have this giant ball of ice from the bottom of the ice machine in it…. This whole experience was very frustrating. The car hop was sweet and helped as much as she could. I told her not to share the tip I gave her with the rest of the kitchen staff.

Opens at 5/6am, but no change for a $100 at 10:00am (that means you have been open for at least 4 hours), when id only get $80-ish back for change. Ridiculous. Car hop didn’t know how to count back change either. Fries were cold & way over cooked. First time ever coming to this Sonic and definitely would never go back!!!!

The food was ok, I’ve had better food at different locations. They were busy & I was hopeful it was because it was so good, but it was because the extended ordering booths were not in operation, only the main building was taking orders. They were also out of a couple of things that I had ordered on the app, so I had to substitute when I got there. The service & the car hop were very friendly & apologetic & willing to help fix the issue. I’d still recommend just wish my food would’ve been better, but it was still good.

This was easily one of the better tasting experiences I’ve ever had with Sonic. The burgers I ordered were very very tasty and I use the mobile platform to order. I was barely at the stall for maybe 2 minutes when my food was delivered piping hot and fresh.

Service was fast. Maybe too fast. Fries weren’t really warm and each of the two we ordered was only half full. Asked the hop to bring more out. She only brought one small to make up for the missing medium. The single burger wasn’t even warm. Double was just barely warm enough. Card reader would not work. Was told hop could run it. She couldn’t. But did try to just walk off with my card without saying anything. Otherwise, shakes were great.
