Listen, I think I had the best experience at this restaurant.
Jeremiah Smith was next level!
He greeted me at the door like right when I got in. Took my order right away and checked on me the perfect amount of time but he was very very attentive to me and his other tables. Good job!
I had a really bad day today but coming here i felt better.
Food was tasty and cooked perfect so good job to the cook too!

We came in requesting our favorite waiter only to realize she went back home because she lived in Alabama. I believe she said, but we got this wonderful waiter. Who name was Caitlin and she really was there Very Patient very kind, very respectful and the kitchen manager Cee Cee. She is one of the best managers I have ever been introduced to love it here at IHOP Oxford..

Our server Candy was so sweet,very detailed and knowledgeable of her job duties. She asked us to do a Google review by scanning the lanyard around her neck,she also told me about the ihop rewards program & showed me how to scan my receipt. We really enjoying having her as our server & look forward to her serving us on future visit‼️

we came here with the least expectations after reading the reviews. me and my wife literally argued for 5mins in their parking that should we go in or not. but we were surprised. yes they are understaffed, but i think they’re still maintaining. yes there were very less customers, but the food (stakes) were served within 10 mins. and it was good. Melanie was our server and upon talking she notified us about New Management and so on. over all, it was a good experience…

One year ago, I posted a review for this location about how bad the food, customer service, and atmosphere was. Tonight was the first time I’ve been back in since, and to say I was so surprised would be an understatement! Our waitress was on point the entire night, even though she has two 8 tops, our three top, to go orders, and a two top as well. My eggs Benedict came out with boiled eggs and not poached, but the waitress and management were quick to fix the mistake and even comped me despite me having no problem with paying! The service alone was SPECTACULAR, but the food, after it was fixed, was just as shining of a performance as the service! I look forward to my next visit, because this one has left me hungry for more service like this!!

Steak and eggs was good but my blueberry pancakes didn’t have blueberries in the pancakes like most ihop places it was only on top. Service was great. It was a little cold inside.
