Absolutely worse sonic in this entire city of hotsprings. They didn’t give us the right amount of chicken strips that they said it would be on the menu. The chicken strips were OVERCOOKED. and the didn’t fill my fries up at all.
They messed up our order. They didn’t fill our drinks up all the way either. Very rude! I am never going back to this sonic and I highly recommend that anyone else doesn’t either. This is and was terrible and ridiculous fast food service!

The carhop Cheryl is always smiling and always in a good mood no matter how swamped she is in the morning. Sometimes she is the only one who is delivering the food. I give this 5 stars due to the wonderful carhops and the food is always hot and fresh. I Never have had a bad experience.

Extremely expensive. Super slow. Bad attitude from everyone! Ordered a specialty shake that was supposed to come with a special straw and wasnt told they didn’t even have them until they brought out the shakes. And I will add that the shakes were extremely disappointing. They had only half of the ingredients than the ones we got at a different sonic. Do better

Spend 25 minutes to drive here from our home. Spend 30 minutes waiting for our food. Drive home another 25 minutes… missing an entree. Missing a side. Wrong sauce on two orders of chicken. Call FOUR TIMES finally get an answer, the manager has an attitude. As I am trying to explain the situation and that I would like a refund of my money he hangs up on me. I call back, for a fifth time mind you, to be instructed to “drive back” and “bring the food”. No worries there as none of us are going to eat an entirely wrong thing of chicken. So, I’m now driving back ONE WAY another 25.minutes. I will sit and wait. Another 30 minutes. And then? I will Spend ANOTHER 25 minutes driving home. Nearly 3 hours of my life wasted on a “fast food” establishment that is seriously declining from their lack of management, attitudes, and trash service. I personally am a store manager, and if I EVER hung up on a customer I would LOSE my job.

First why are the speakers so Loud. I asked her to turn down a little she did then went right back to excessively loud. Then she was in such a rush she didn’t get the order correct. After waiting another 10 minutes the car after me got their order and I was rudely told she would check on my order since the order screen tells me my food has been delivered. Then I finally had enough and cancelled the order for a girl to tell me it was on the way. With no one coming out the door. I have been coming to this specific location everyday twice a day for months. Not anymore!!

Imagine waiting 15 minutes for ONE drink. Then it says the drink is coming and never comes out so you have to call inside then they have an attitude. Worst sonic in Hot springs hands down then drink not made correctly
