I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and they gave me a jr pattie on top and a sonic burger pattie on bottom. Also I think dey are stealing because she gave me no receipt and order fell off screen. Ordered a jr cheeseburger today with no onions and no pickles, easy mayo, easy ketchup. Got one with 6 double stacked pickles and piled with onions, ridiculous amounts of mayo and ketchup and smashed as flat as possible. In the past I always thought they just got the order wrong, after today it’s obvious someone is getting the orders wrong on purpose. It wasn’t funny, I threw that crap away.

Who ever Alayna is has no sense of costumer service what so ever. 10-15 min had gone past and our order went off the screen as if it had been given to us and we also noticed that other people that got there after us had gotten their order. So we call in to check on our order and her response was just so out of line and rude. We weren’t upset or anything, just simply checking on our order. Do better Alayna.

This review is not about the food but more about the service. Teresa, the morning manager, is such a joy! She is sweet, always smiling and goes an extra mile to make sure her customers are happy. This is our drink stop and I always love when Teresa comes out to say hello. Sonic should be very pleased, that woman is a true asset!

Have been a Sonic customer for many years in many places. I enjoyed the food and, normally, the service in most every Sonic I’ve been too. Have had great food and/or service, and occasionally bad food and/or service. By far this one outshines them all……as the absolute worst Sonic on the planet. I go there because there’s nowhere else in town to go. I can cite many examples of poor service for this place, but the last visit was just plain awful. I ordered via the Sonic app, and gave my estimated arrival time of 25 minutes. I arrived in 26 minutes. Told them I was there, and had to wait another 15 minutes. That’s over 40 minutes from the time I ordered. When my food did arrive, I left as I was now running late. The cheeseburger was cold, the cheese not even melted, and the fries were not only cold, they were stale. I started to turn around and take it back, but I didn’t have time, and I know from experience that it wouldn’t help. I’ve contacted the manager AND corporate numerous times about this Sonic in the last 3 years, but it never helps. I just wish there was another place to go to eat in Hamburg……..

Very fast. Can order and pay at kiosk by car, but didnt ask if l wanted to tip. Unfortunately, they were out of onion rings, so chose tater tots. Bad mistake, dry and tasted off. Order delivered quickly by friendly staff. Wish l had cash so l could tip her. Hope she doesnt quit because tips suck.

This was the most disgusting sonic burger I’ve ever eaten. I only thought Crossett was bad.. I ordered a burger with only cheese and mustard. Bread was very old. Meat had been sitting around a while and was like cold rubber. Cheese wasnt even melted. Oh, and the fries were unsalted and cold. I had to throw my food away!! My Vanilla coke was great though.
