We noticed the Under New Management sign and decided to give this another shot. This is the best Sonic food I’ve had in while. Everything was fresh and crispy. My only complaint was that the patties on the burgers didn’t have any color. They didn’t look cooked at first but everything was good. The drinks were good and not over carbonated. I have to say you guys redeemed yourselves. Thanks to the crew and new management.

Messy, nasty, old food. For being 12pm the food should have been fresh. We had to go back through the drive-thru because half of our order was missing. Will not return. I should have listened to everyone when they told me it was nasty.

My tots were a little on the ashy side but I just popped them in some cooking oil and beautiful brown they became!!! However the burger is a different story. SONIC YA’LL NEED TO DO BETTER; look at the lettuce it’s brown and limp and smells rotten just as the diced onions, and what they call a 100% pure beef maybe but they did say juicy. Looks and feels like a hockey puck. But I did go to the optometrist today he dialated my eyes. Hell yall be the judge.

Went today for lunch. Burger was a complete disaster. A ton of ketchup on one side and a ton of mustard on the other. It was pouring over on to the sides of the buns. It was a complete mess.

Poorly run operation. They were not busy at all. Took forever to get us 3 drinks and 3 corn dogs. Didn’t bring us ranch we asked for. Didn’t get our jalapeño poppers, instead brought tater tots that I didn’t order. The server was friendly.

I ordered a blueberry lavender lemonade. It came in a small cup and was only filled to about an inch below the rim. So it was about 2/3 full. It was ok. Not worth what I paid for it for sure. This is the second time I’ve gotten not great products when ordering specialty beverages.

We waited for our food for 32 minutes. The male manager comes out of restaurant 3 times to have discussion with employee who just went to his car , looked like they were playing around. However after we sat watching the manager playing around a girl comes out and ask what did we order. We told her and watched go inside with question on her mind speaking to the mager throwing her hands up. Clearly our order was not put into the system. We waited 5 more minutes with no food or return from manager or employee. No wonder no one goes to this sonic. Horrible management and terrible employees. They need to fire the managers and start over

Have been a customer since 1980. Have dined in over 200 locations throughout the U.S. I had my usual sonic burger and fries yesterday. Off of Jackson st. Here in alexandria. The meat was not as I expected. Not going to be mean.just disappointed
