I ordered online, got to stall to check in. As usual app has issues, will not let me check in. I moved to a stall to call and let them know I could not check in with app, so they could just bring my food out. I was told told they took my food out to SOMEONE, well it wasn’t me. I showed them where I pd online. I talked to the manager, got the feeling he thought I was lying about getting the food . I mean seriously I’m not gonna scam someone for 3 grilled cheese, PLEASE !! They did make my food and gave it to me. It’s not my fault it was delivered to wrong car, that’s your employees responsibility. I do not appreciate being made to feel like I’m lying. I WILL NOT return to this place !!

I placed an order on my app and it took one hour from the time I ordered to actually get my food. I tried politely ask an employee about it and she was very rude with her response. I had to get out and find the manager to get my order. I had somewhere I had to be and had already paid for my order. I would’ve been fine getting my money back but they went ahead and brought my order. My water was gross and I threw it out.

We waited for over 30 minutes for our food. Then we asked if we could get our money back cause we had somewhere to go, we was told okay. Then we waited another 15 minutes and nothing ever happened. I got charged 18 bucks and wasted almost an hour of my time for absolutely nothing. Id like to get my $18 dollars back

I like sonic but not sure bout this one anymore. They use to be fast and good food and worker’s friendly… but the last 2 times I have been here had to wait a long time for them to take my order and then it took awhile for the food…

Went to this location and found the place very clean and I ordered a meal and it came out very fresh and delicious. The young man Jwaun was my carhop and his smile and enthusiasm made me just have to smile.
I will be going back as we have family in the area and definitely will stop back by to get a bite to eat. The service is definitely friendly and the food is fresh and delicious.

Food is usually okay considering its fast food. The problem is they seldom get my order right. This time leaving out condiments I requested. The biggest issue I have, and its this way in most Sonics I visit, is that there are many of the drive up stalls that do not work , leaving you to move time and again till you find one that does work. Its getting very old.

It’s America’s Drive in and the food is good and the service is fast. The carhops are wonderful and work really hard for less than minimum wage in most cases. They are underappreciated and people should tip them more. As far as the food and drinks and desserts and service, I like Sonic and this one is no different. 5 stars.

Continue to have mixed feelings about Sonic. Decent food, but not stellar. We had the patty melt. Once is enough, shy on onion, diced at that and heavy on mustard. Still don’t care for getting “to-go” bag when setting at a drive-in. Miss the tray. Would visit again.
