While there is “nothing fancy” about the restaurant environment, I appreciate being recognized, even though I’ve only been there a few times, (and not frequently)! The waitress, who resembles Kelly Rippa, treats me like a regular and even remembers what I order … “A Little Bit of This and A Little Bit of That”! And while I’ve only had breakfast there, I have taken home their homemade pies. The Key Lime pie is fantastic! See my mom enjoying it!

Fries were nasty. It is bad when my child tells me a grilled cheese sandwich is nasty. And she would not eat it.

A great little place to eat! Lots of locals dine there and there is a table of guys who gather and visit quietly every morning. Families dine there as well and a group of 10 could be handled if necessary, although probably not more than one group that size due to the size of the facility. Wait staff is friendly, polite, efficient, and helpful, and they don’t “hover”. They swing by quickly, ask if you need a refill on the drinks or anything else and are off to the next table. The facility is small but nicely decorated, there is plenty of comfortable seating and it is immaculately clean. Prices are reasonable. The food is tasty, attractively presented, and there is a nice variety. Homemade pie is a specialty, there are many kinds and it is delicious. When in this area, this will be a definite stop!

I had a fried bologna sandwich and French fries. The only tast the sandwich had was salty. The French fries had no tast and were dry as a old bone. Even ketchup didn’t help. I traveled 30 miles to try this place out because of there Facebook add. Sorry to say it was not what they said it was.

I ordered and carried out a cheeseburger with peanut butter, pepper jack cheese and jalapeños. It was “hotter” than I expected. I will order again with a different cheese and no jalapeños.
