Blasts are tasty here but the service in the drive thru is abysmal. Waiting so long that 6 cars behind me left. If you feel like it’s worth a long wait then come get some good sonic food, it might be faster to park and order sometimes.

Update 1-15-24 I ordered a Chicken Strip basket with Gravy…well got home and WOW…see the attached video… (Previous Post) Had a problem with my order..at not much fault to the crew..but the manager made it right and was super nice…Fast Forward 2023…Staff is always friendly and food is generally good… Hamburgers are sub par now not like they used to be so I’m disappointed in my Bacon Double Cheeseburger…and YES Sonic you can tell the difference in the meat past and present…GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL MEAT…

Excellent customer service from the only carhop who was not only curtious but fast. I was a late customer and I know that’s aggravating, I been there, but he was kind and even made an extra trip to bring sauce. Even had a so this was a a winner.

On several different occasions, my family and I have had a horrible experience here. They never get our order right, or, more commonly, do not bring our order out at all. On top of this, we often have to wait upwards of 30 minutes for our food or drinks. Regardless of the rare good experience, this Sonic has overall proved to be frustrating and underwhelming in its service.

I ordered using the app and waited 20 minutes for two drinks. I pressed the button twice. Finally a female answered and brought the drinks out. One was wrong so she took it back. She was very nice and apologetic. From the sounds coming from the front it seemed she may have been the only one working because it sounded like a party going in with all the hollering and laughing going on. I’ll just pour my own drink next time.
