I ordered my food in the drive thru and of course once you pay they instuct the customer to park some where to wait. This means if something is wrong you have to go inside anyway. Once i park i realize i was not the only car in line… im with 4 other cars waiting for food. This is a deceptive practice. If i would have known that i would have never stopped. I did not have the time. I watched an employee try to give the same bag of food to
3 different cars. Carelessly spreading the covid by allowing the driver to look in it, put thier hands it the bag, and pass it back. she repeated that process with the other customers until she found the right car. I was so glad that was not my food. When my food came i asked the employee if there was ranch. She said “yeah” and walked away. They only provide one. Not enough! I did not want to go inside. So i drove away. Once i got home i realize that i now have oil stained in my seat and the bag is dripping and transparent due to saturation of cooking oil… My tacos where so greasy and soggy with oil, i could not eat them. The whole trip was a waste of time and money. The oil staind my shirt and my seat. This location is garbage. …. I tried this place again in hopes it got better. It did not. They didn’t even have menus in the drive thru and staff still has an attitude… This work place culture has to be stimulated or permissable from management. Either way not acceptable. 6 months later had to pick up a quick bite and my sandwich was missing chicken from chicken sandwich. Photos attached.

As I was ordering my order the guy at the register was super rude i understand that sometimes we aren’t in the best mood as customer service workers but i came in with a really good attitude and was super nice to him and he was super sassy and snappy it’s very disappointing honestly doesn’t make me want to go back to the place.

Been coming here for awhile. The staff has always been friendly and good, but today Lilianna is a great example of customer service. I know its a simple food run, but when i asked for a recommendation, i could hear her excitement over the intercom. I knew it was gonna be a good experience. Today, cuonsumers are quick to complain and they have every right. But we just wanted to show our appreciation and why we continue to return to this location. Thank you & God bless.

I placed my order via the app. It took 8 minutes to get to the store. I waited 30 minutes to get to the window. I wanted a refund. I tried to go inside, but the door was locked. When I finally got to the order box, the staff never acknowledged me nor asked me to wait. I had to talk to the speaker to get the lady to acknowledge me. By the time I got to the window, no apology just asked my name & handed me my food. When my son tried his mini pancakes, they were so hard he couldn’t bite into them. I tried also because I didn’t think that was even possible. It is… I ordered the Supreme croissant with mayo. I got a sausage croissant, and it had fallen apart as if they put the box in sideways. The hash brown was so greasy that grease actually poured out of the main bag. My dog took the top & refused to eat the rest.

Reggie was wonderful. My food was hot, fresh, and delicious. His customer service was fantastic and a much needed bit of kindness at the end of a long and grueling day. I try not to eat a lot of fast food but every now and then I’m just too tired to cook. One of the few places around here open late, definitely recommend.

I particularly am in love with their crispy chicken wraps!There’s an awesome lady there who was deaf friendly. I certainly appreciated it when she accommodated our order when we ordered online, and the shake machine was down. The manager was also pretty awesome. Thank you, guys, for making our night food pickup fun and pleasant.
