They gave my food to the wrong person. We waited 15 minutes before getting our correct order. And then when we did get it our food tasted like it’s been sitting there. It was hot or no fresh tasted to it at all.

I just spent over 40 minutes waiting on a shake and I still haven’t gotten anything yet. I don’t know why I keep coming back instead of going out of my way because coming here always takes me FOREVER. They are super nice however and when they do take a long time they apologize but this is a constant issue.

Miss Jackie and the team at this sonic run a very efficient ship. The foods always excellent and fresh. Drinks are always perfect. Service is impeccable. I would drive to this Sonic location and pass up the other 3 closer to my house! Fantastic franchise!

This sonic is the only location that I have had consistent trouble with. I have gotten to the point where I will drive 5 minutes out of my way to go to another sonic location. They have ridiculous wait times, and they have not once in the past month gotten my order right. It was so bad that one time we got someone else’s to go order. Do not go here. The sonic five minutes up the road will treat you much better

So veryyy disappointed with this location. It was the day before Thanksgiving and we were on our way home, we decided to stop by sonic to grab a burger and fries. When we first arrived, everything was pleasant then it took a turn. Two associates came out and asked us if we were parked in spot 14, after telling them that we had been in the same spot for the past 10 to 15 minutes they asked us if we had moved spots and were originally in spot 14. We then proceeded to tell them once again that we had not moved so they went inside with a bag of food. After waiting for another five minutes, we pressed the button and found out that our order had not been made and we had to wait again for the order to be ready. When the lady came out to talk to us, she told us that they had canceled our order and it had to be remade. Once again, we had not moved spots. We were in the same spot that we were in when we arrived for at least 20 minutes. After they remade the food, the same lady came out to the car and told us the total. I refused to pay full price since we had already been waiting for our food for over 20 minutes. She told us that she spoke with the manager and the manager Did not want to accommodate our request for a discount or a refund. Keep in mind that the two times that the lady did come out to the car she came out with a bag of food once already. We proceeded to tell her that we would like to speak with the manager. After waiting for another 2 to 3 minutes, the manager came out to the car with a bag of food and heard our case, and what happened. Hetold us that he was unable to honor our request for a refund or discount even though he understood the situation. We do not live here and and are in town visiting family. The service that we received at this location was terrible and I do not recommend it. Please do better by your customers! This is unacceptable and I know that this location’s response to our situation was no fault of Sonic overall.
