This location is the worst, everytime i come they forget something in the order. This time i didnt get my side for my pick two or even a a fork to eat my salad with. They ignored the Extra salad dressing on the side i requested. The last visit they actully forgot the chicken in my chicken salad. When i mention it I did get a cup of chicken on the side. This location have to do better!! Just look at all the one star ratings, hope the manger and employees do better.

Ordered a Balsamic Chicken Greens with Grains, it’s not that hard to follow directions. It says there’s chicken in there. Where’s the damn chicken and it even said it on the receipt

Check your orders. Received wrong soup, did not receive iced tea despite being told it was “in the bag.” One positive is that it was ready quick.

It was only around 6pm and I was told they ran out of the broccoli cheddar soup. Unfortunately it appears this happens frequently because another customer behind me was told the same thing and the way they talked its a common occurrence.

Ive tried year after year to give this panera a shot. Ive mostly ordered food to go, and gotten home to mostly be disappointed. I would not recommend going here, ever.

The entire pastry section in this place is open and unsanitary. Anyone anytime can just sneeze all over it or Flys can we all over your bread or pastry. The staff was nice but panera needs a better plan.

I like Panera and the food- been a customer for ever and even though they have disappointed me time and again this past two years I have avoided publicly complaining- but unfortunately nothing seems to work. I have submitted feedback online on their company site, have asked for the manager at multiple occasions and given feedback but unfortunately no major change so I finally decided to leave a review hoping that such public complaints maybe more effective: even after the pandemic I have had items missing from my pickup order- I no longer trust them and double check my bag before leaving the store. About two weeks ago I checked my bag and noticed a whole order missing, went back to the counter and before I even opened my mouth they said it seems your order missed such and such! Another disappointment is how the cost of the food does not seem to change (if not higher) but the amount of food keeps shrinking. Here is the chicken/cheese on my frontega sandwich from tonight-not even half the size of the bread! When I have pointed these out to them at the store, the manager apologizes and offers free food/bakery! One would expect that customer service would actually translate into decongest customers ie: give folks what they order and don’t short change them- not much to ask

I was last there on New Year’s day. My first time after the new renovation. I am normally pretty happy with the food here but this last time was atrocious. The bakery staff may have been hungover the night before but my roll was literally flat and did not rise at all. I looked around at other people’s food and all the baguettes were flat too. My soup was flavorless, my salad was ok but underdressed. I tried to cheer myself up with blueberry scone and a latte but they had run out of coffee and my scone was only a little more cooked than raw. Very disappointed and hope this is a one off.

Just signed up for the sip club through my phone Perks. Although I failed to show up in the system, the staff attempted to assist, and allowed me to get my first coffee, suggesting there may be a lag and recommending I check later and if I still didn’t show up, to come back and they’d help me.
