Day shift is great but the night shift just throw anything together! Come on now this is people’s hard earned money! If Sonic doesn’t want to serve the food right why stay open?? Pulled up to Sonic for a quick snack before the rain let’s just start with the lady on the speaker she had to yell so loud because she couldn’t hear my order but she repeated it clear and got it correct however this yt heavy set woman cane out with my food and an attitude so big I rather not ever come back. I asked for ranch when ordering my food and it was repeated but as the lady came with my food I said there’s no ranch I’m the bag she responded did you check the bag all sarcastic and I said I did then she goes to her pocket to pull out the 1 ranch for my meal lol how do you expect me to eat a 3 PC tender watery gravy and toast with nothing the gravy was so watery it was disgusting the tenders where cooked perfectly just why after paying for the food we must beg for the sauce then the eye rolled she left me with all bc I asked for the ranch she wasn’t willing to give I’m sure bc she wanted a tip but her service was horrible from exiting the door. I don’t waste money where I’m not appreciated and I won’t be coming back I’m a visitor from out of town and all I can say is why work these places when you have issues with doing your job?

I ordered a chili cheese coney hot dog with cheese tots and a drink last night and if it wasn’t already bad enough that I had to turn back around to get my cheese tots because they didn’t give it to me, I came to realize that I was given tater tots with chili and cheese on top with the tater tots placed to mimic the hot dog bun instead of my hot dog this morning. Since it was dark outside last night, I couldn’t see that it wasn’t a hot dog that I was given and it’s obvious that whoever cooked my food did this on purpose. I really wasted my money and time. Highly don’t recommend going to this Sonics unless you want to be given hand me downs.

Absolute trash. Chili cheese coney was hard and old. Frito chilli cheese wrap had nothing but Fritos in it. Mozzarella sticks tasted like they were cooked the day before. Cheese was hard as a rock and cold. Coke was flat. And it took almost 20 min to get our food and we were the only ones there.

Ordered two orders of mozzarella sticks. Ask for marinara; got none. Asked server for some; she said you had to pay for it. I told her that wasn’t true that you should get one with the order if you asked. She came back and brought me one marinara and said the manager said that was all we could have. I walked in and asked for it and the manager claimed she “thought” she had put 4 in our order. I told her there were none. She had her back turned the entire time and refused to even turn and look towards me when she was speaking. A young lady from behind the counter brought some out to me; she was smiling and polite.
Got back to the car and the bun on my burger was wet, as in falling apart because liquid of some sort had been spilled on it or it had been dropped in something. The cheese sticks weren’t even cooked through.

This sonic location is one of the worst, mainly because of the customer service. This location, most of the time when I go through, don’t pay attention to details on how I request my order and won’t apologize for getting it wrong either. When going here, make sure you repeat your order to make sure it was taken down correctly.

The people here are nice, and usually my orders get out pretty quickly. However, what prompted me to leave a review was my last time coming here. We used the mobile app and checked in, and our car hop came out and gave us a drink carrier, as expected. However, it was somebody else’s order. We used the button and called back, and they came and took the drinks and gave us the proper ones. However, after they took the drinks they took their immediately to the correct car. This is simply illegal and unsafe, and absolutely unacceptable from a food establishment.
