It was okay. Being an Ice cream fanatic, the flavors here did not catch up with my expectations.
They have lots of flavors to choose from but I didn’t feel anything exceptional to mention.
I ordered the Rum Raisin and it was mediocre. But I had a chance to try few other flavours and again it were good.
The employees are very friendly and welcoming. They are very patience and helpful.
Being the Downtown there are few Parking available on street but late evenings it’s very easy to find a Parking spot. There is a Parking Lot just behind the Ice Cream Parlor and it was free when I visited here.
They have outdoor seating and it’s really enjoyable during the Summer.
A bit pricey I would say but being the Downtown New Port Richey, probably it’s justified keeping in mind the Cost of Operation and Rents for a Commercial Property here. A kiddie Scoop costs $4 here.
Overall it was a good experience and I wish they add some unique flavors in the future. Would like to visit again if that happens!

Great experience. Place is comfy and has great vibes. Cassie was great and fun. The shakes are to die for (or spend 7 bucks on lol)

Amazing customer service. I go in a few times a week to get ice cream. Absolutely perfect.. The Staff is Really nice, Especially the young lady with the Cute Cow hat on lol. She is Always smiling and she makes everyone else Smile as well Please let your staff know that they are doing a wonderful job. There Guest service is definitely Outstanding!

The best ice cream in NPR. They have so many choices to satisfy any pallet. Peanut butter & jelly was a great surprise and super delicious. The dark chocolate was also a favorite. There’s a variety of cones, toppings, cup sizes and Italian ices too.
Highly recommend visiting this place and trying one of their many fun & yummy flavors.

Girl with all the piercings had such a poor attitude serving ice cream, didn’t say a word to anyone the whole time, only til when she asked if I wanted to tip. Then kicked me and friends out but let her bf stay in there and go behind counter.

Ottaway’s is sooooo good! This is the perfect place to come with the family after a special event or anytime! The staff was so fun and friendly, the decor was bright and happy. It is located right a corner on Main Street and has more than adequate parking. The ice cream was amazing and there was so much to choose from I was momentarily put into an ice cream stupor. Every kind of cone imaginable and macaroons, candy, and Italian ice too! You gotta check this place out, you wont regret it!

Last night, my family and I went to get milkshakes, only to be disappointed to discover that they had no milk. We were fine with that and simply ordered a regular scoop of ice cream. As we sat down outside, my daughter noticed one of the employees pull out a gallon of milk to reach for lemonade. Needless to say, she was out of milk when they had a whole gallon. If you don’t want to make milkshakes maybe you shouldn’t work at an icecream parlor..
