anyone who reads this review after ordering look at my pics. This is how to contact corporate if this owner is not following his contract with sonic to own a Sonic. I AFTER ORDERING JUST READ OTHERS REVIEWS. THIS OWNER DOES NOT CARE. HIS REPLY IS THE SAME ON ALL THE ONES HE /SHE REPLIES TO. MORE OR LESS TAKE IT UP WITH CORPORATE!!!! I can’t imagine what has happened to this sonic!!!!! This is completely unacceptable!!!!! They can’t even get sweet tea right. Today we ordered 1 sweet and 1 half/half both large and they bring out 1 large Diet Coke and a medium unsweetened tea. We thought maybe they brought us someone else’s order but no the receipt read what we ordered. This is the closest sonic to us and we pass it every morning on way into town. We have literally waited to get over bridge to go to sonic on kings the last few weeks but this morning my husband said well let’s see if they got it worked out. NO THEY HAVE NOT!!!!! So Dear owner of this location dude it can’t be that hard to push buttons for drinks and make burgers you have got to do better. Look at my reviews I hate leaving bad reviews. But this location needs new owner(because this one obviously don’t care) and new management. Oh and for some reason they only putting like 10 little pieces of ice in drinks. It’s literally melted and gone in a couple minutes.

This used to be the best Sonic but it has went downhill so fast. Waited 20 minutes for jalapeno poppers and two drinks. Get the drinks with barely any ice and tea dripping down the cup. Had to ask for napkins. I ordered sweet tea and got unsweet so I called and he said they accidentally used unsweet tea. I asked if I could get another drink and he didn’t say anything and just ended the call. Waited another ten minutes and still didn’t get another drink. I finally just drove off.

Absolutely worst visit I’ve ever had at a sonic. I was in management for 6 years for sonic and the way all of this visit just went is so atrocious. Took 15 min for someone to answer the headset then they made the order wrong. Took another 15 min to get someone on the headset. Then it took another 12 minutes and me buzzing back in to get my food brought out to me and whats crazier is its still nade incorrectly since they didn’t put tomatoes on it but that part is the most miniscule so whatever and the burger I waited all this time for is an old burger patty after being told it took so long because it was made fresh when in reality it wasnt.

I got no idea why any Sonic bothers with any lane that requires their screens to work. Doesn’t matter which Sonic. Doesn’t matter which stall you pull up to. Be prepared to try 4 or 5 before finally getting aggravated and driving off because none of them ever work.

Wish i could leave 0 stars.
Need to learn to read the orders.
I am a diabetic and always order UNsweetened tea, I usually ed up with sweet tea that I have to throw out.
Chicken sandwich was refried to the point of being inedible, could not even bite into it.
THIS IS TYPICAL FOR THIS LOCATION.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

the absolute worst sonic in shreveport/ bossier. save your money AND TIME and go elsewhere. theyll have you waiting an hour just to answer the red button. they should close down if they’re understaffed. i need a refund for my drink nobody is bringing out and nobody is answering the phone.

I came in last week during happy hour and there was only one carhop working. But everything came out quick, hot, and just as fast as normal. I think the carhops name was Peyton. Very sweet girl. Will definitely come back! My wife and me love the watermelon slushes! Definitely our favorite Sonic! Hope they make watermelon a permanent flavor on the menu!

Update to previous review:

Disappointed at this location. The last two visits have been, not great, to say the least. Sonic is known for its drinks and shakes, and in this visit, they were not able to serve ice cream, stating, “We have shut the machine down for the night.” This was well before their scheduled closing.

On my last visit, they were also out of other basic items, and said they were waiting on a truck. These two visits were any two weeks apart, so either I’m very unlucky or this establishment has gone down hill.

The public areas up front were not clean, and I’m just completely underwhelmed by the entire experience. South Bossier deserves better.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We waited over 30 mins for our food and half of it was missing or made wrong. PLUS they had no ketchup, how can you eat tater tots WITHOUT ketchup?!?!?!? Waist of time and my money. And when my husband tried to get the order corrected he saw multiple employees standing around on their phones. And to top it all off the manager questioned my husband and our order with hostility!!!!!!!
