Hi, usually this is my go to location for sonic. But when I went this morning I had placed an order for 6:15a and they open @6. But when I pulled up the lights were off and it didn’t seem like an employee was there. Unfortunately I didn’t get my purchase because I had to head to work. Understaffed. They regularly deactivate your stall instead of answering you, otherwise their wait times will be recorded worse for corporate. If they paid their employees, this issue would disappear.

The drive thru person messed up my drink. ( cherry limeade. No cherry no lime. Sour drink. I told him something was wrong with the drink and he told me that it was fine. I told him it wasn’t. He said yep it was. I buy them everything. So I no better. But I drove off at happy hour. Pissed.

I stopped by at 6:30 this morning. I ordered a Brioche sandwich with bacon, tots and a Large Coke. The only thing that was correct was the coke. I was going to check my receipt and realized the cashier did not give me the receipt. Seems like there was a reason, huh? I tried to eat it but it was cold and hard.

I don’t where you guys get your workers but they are trash! Took 15 minutes to order 3 meals she must of been high cause after repeating my order she has to start again cause she didn’t log it into the computer. When we get our food 15 minutes later they are missing a whole meal we ring the button get the same girl tel her we’re miss a meal it take use another 10 minutes to get her to understand that you guys forgot to give us a meal she still ends up charging us for it. So I walk up to the window with all the food they gave me they say they’ll make it&&bring it to us 10 more minutes and he comes out with our food. He tried to take payment which was weird cause he was there with the lady when I showed them my receipt where they forgot my meal he said oh sorry they didn’t tell me. Basically took us almost an hour for a double bacon cheeseburger meal, a chili dog meal&&5 piece tenders meal definitely NEVER come back here sonic food isn’t all that great any way just came here cause I thought it would be fast. Also had a strawberry shake which was strawberry milk after waiting so long it wasn’t like I was asking for too much or for free food I was just asking for the food that I paid for with my hard earned money discussed with this location! Who would want to pay $5+ for this chili dog?

So I went and got two burgers for me and my fiance and when I started my order whoever took it let out a audible sigh as if it’s too much work for them to do their job. But once we got back we start eating an there was a little green piece of what looked and felt like fishing like inside of the burger
So don’t waste your time or money at this location cause there’s no respect and no assurance your food won’t have stuff in it.
