I like to grab a bite to eat from here when I stop by the Loves to fuel up or for the night. The service is always good and so is the food. The staff is always polite, and the food always tastes good, but I always seem to have some sort of issue, including getting the wrong order me than once. This time, my large fry looks almost half empty. Is this what it is supposed to look like? I usually get tater tots. I knew I should have looked at it before I drove off, but I didn’t. Definitely won’t make that mistake again.

Was craving sonics amazing route 44 sweet tea…
Pulled in with plenty of time before they closed… completed my order.. and before closing, they threw away the tea..
That is unheard of and that is not how you operate a company, ever… you do not throw away or get rid of any product. If you still have customers and still open…
End of story..

Ordered online so it would be ready when I arrived. I gave them an extra few minutes after my food was to be ready, and it still wasn’t ready. I waited another 15mins and finally got my order. I return to my truck to eat and the entire order, except my drink, was crap! My mozzarella sticks were cold, cheeseburger was only to have mustard w/extra onions. Surprise, no mustard but extra mayo and ketchup, which I hate ketchup, so much so that it was all over the wrapper. Fries were cold and seemed like they have been made for awhile. Got through half the burger and just couldn’t eat anymore. Besides the extra mayo and ketchup, it just tasted nasty. So I threw it all away. I thought about taking it all back but didn’t want to waste another 45mins on food, especially when time isn’t on your side. It’s apparent that most sonics have gone down hill. We don’t eat at the one around home because it’s nasty, I thought maybe this one would be different. I was sadly mistaken. Lesson Learned!!

The problem is not the service or the food but it’s the equipment. I went into stall 14. I pushed the red button and the screen went dark. I stopped the carhop “Tugger” who said that they all go dark but they still can hear inside. After I explained how it was lit up until I pushed the button, he agreed to take my order manually once he gets inside. As he left, the order menu rebooted. It showed me that it’s running Windows 7. Then it showed me all of the child processes it had to call to bring up the order menu. After a few more screens, the order menu came up. I pushed the button again and got an attendant immediately. I placed my order and when finished, the menu froze up. I had to give my carhop my card and let her go back in to run it. Sorry about that Holly. I stopped another carhop, a very sweet lady, and let her know. She says that happens a lot. Oh yeah! My stall had painted graffiti on the menu, too. So, maybe upgrading the software and beautifying the stalls would get you better reviews. Definitely not the staff’s fault for the poor reviews.

Friday afternoon, not busy. Inside dining area was not open, she stated because it was filthy and she hadn’t cleaned it yet and because we walked over from the Loves, we had to sit outside. But the tables outside look like they have never been cleaned. Disgusting.
When we ordered, after every one thing we said, she would say, “is that it?”, in a rude tone.
Got sonic burger, which was covered in ketchup, the bun, the wrapper and the burger. Ordered chili cheese tots, looked burnt, tots were soft, didn’t taste good.
Mozzarella sticks were hot and good. Hot dogs were decent. Cheese peppers were ok.
It was hard for me to enjoy anything with the table so gross. We took our food and left but I didn’t want to eat anything else knowing it had been on the nasty table. Only one kiosk was working. The others were falling apart.
We pass this sonic a lot but this experience has left us not wanting to stop again.

Always like Sonic. This one was a poor excuse for one. Right off of the Interstate it’s our travel pick. Quick, easy and good. Most of the stalls had screens that were not working. The one that was never answered the call button after 6 minutes. We left. Wasted our time.

Food was ok, average for fast food, but this experience was nothing but slower than a snall. I ordered at 1723 hours and finally received food at 1742. Excuse was another customer received wrong food, so food from mine was given to them. That was told to me at 1728 when I called in. But it still took another 14 minutes to replace whatever they took out. Very unprofessional and will not go again.
