usually when I go to this location I’m always missing something they mess up a simple order. But my food at most is usually always good. But for some reason today when went there I always get the same thing because I’m in love with the chow mein. Something is off about the recipe today!!! my chow mein smells and tastes like a box of cigarettes

It has been a while since I was last here, I swore I would never be back…. But the heat had other plans. Glad I was craving Panda. Deandre was an absolute pleasure and has an amazing smile! Great job on the change up! Pleasantly surprised! We got three bigger plates and one plate, and didn’t have to really wait for anything… other than our Agua Frescas, but we’re worth the wait!

This review comes after years of ordering from this particular Panda Express.

I’ll start with the good: I don’t know why, but the food here seems to be better than other locations. Maybe I’m biased because it’s my hometown, but I just think it’s better.

Now for the bad: This restaurant is unprepared 9/10 times for mobile orders. When I place an order for pickup, it is very often that, even though I usually arrive after the time it is supposed to be ready, to find out they had not even put it together yet. Sometimes this is because part of the order wasn’t ready due to not being cooked yet, but much of the time it seemed to be because they were busy and didn’t have enough people to keep up with demand. Whatever the case, they didn’t have it ready. And on one specific occasion I had to wait 20 additional minutes in restaurant for my food to be ready, which is just ridiculous. It defeats the purpose of ordering in advance.

For the delivery portion, this is much the same. They use DoorDash for their deliveries, and quite often my dasher has been stuck in the restaurant for a long time because the food was not ready.

Finally, about half of the time, requested packs of sauce were totally absent from the bag for delivery orders. It might seem like a small thing, but for some food, the sauce makes the difference, and when you paid for your meal, it’s at least expected you’d get the sauces requested to go with it.

All in all I recommend this location ONLY if you can go in person, otherwise expect to be disappointed a lot.

Highly recommend not ordering from them. I ordered two large plates, and a side. I specifically requested silverware and Fortune cookies In comments since last time they provided none. I was provided one of each for 3 people….. Last time we ordered it was no silverware or fortune cookies. For $15 a person I could go many other places that will make sure each guest has the right utensils. The receipt from Doordash shows 3 utensils, 3 napkins, 3 fortune cookies which is not what we were provided.

Worst location. The last time I ordered for pickup they were over 20 minutes late with preparing it.

This second time, I order early. The app tells me my pickup time is 1:37pm. I get a text at 1:12 that my order is ready. I’m unable to get there until 1:35 and my order is sitting on a shelf, not a heater or anything. Really gross. The pickup time of 1:37 is written on the receipt, why don’t you make the food closer to that time? Then I checked my food at home. They gave me h chicken instead of the shrimp I ordered (which was more expensive).

This location literally takes one order at a time in the drive thru. Last time I went was 7 months ago and the exact same issue. I sent an email to corporate and never received a comment back. Just tonight we figured to give them another chance. What a mistake. The one order at a time was still in place (see pictures) and the food was so over cooked my wife had to throw away her plate deciding to eat soup instead….

Considering corporate never got back to me in the past I’ll be disputing my credit card charge and won’t be coming back.

I’ve tried in the past to provide good faith feedback and clearly corporate or the local location doesn’t care. So why anyone would continue to buy from this location is beyond me……

Girls are working as fast they can, but still very slow delivery average is 20 minutes wait time. Can increase man power during busy hours, it may bring more business and good reputation. Doordash and uber eats driving’s are avoiding this restaurant due to very slow delivery. Towards food quality and quantity are perfect.

Online order took 45 min to complete. Sat in restaurant for 30 min asking them about the order to find out they never printed the ticket. Could have ordered in line and got food faster. This restaurant has issues every time I visit this location. Needs better training and the mangers need to be better. I believe there were 8 people working behind the counter too.

Try a different location. This one is not worth it. Seriously, service at best is mid. Food tastes stale, and after trying the place a few times (come on it’s fast food all places are supposed to be the same) I just can’t figure out how they find new ways to disappoint.

The hot orange choice is back! I’ve never had it, looked good so wanted to try it. Nothing else looked that great to me. The girl behind the counter tells me, “we don’t do samples anymore” so I didn’t order anything. Also they are so busy with online orders, they almost completely ignore walk in customers. From past experiences, when you are getting a chance to order, they constantly breakaway to fill online orders.
