Terrible customer service. Placed an order through the stall. Our order never came up on the screen to pay. Claimed to not hear me and hung up. What a depressing experience. Sonic in haughton is better. Ended up not receiving our food at all. Every time I’ve came here there has been a problem.

Love this restaurant. At the bottom of the receipt they put a scripture verse. I ordered 2 bacon, egg brioche sandwiches and they were both made with no cheese (allergic to dairt) made them perfectly.

I love that it’s conveniently located, the service is kinda slow but that’s ok. The 4 stars instead of 5 is because their earpeace equipment don’t work. I had to repeat my order 4 times and get louder and louder and i don’t like feeling like I’m yelling. So hopefully they get that fixed. Cus i felt bad for having to raise my voice in order for the girl to hear me. But the order was correct and it tasted fine.

I ordered the Hawaiian roll chicken club sandwich. It was smooshed, cold and gross. It had so much sauce that it was dripping through the paper and falling apart. I also received Luke warm fries and ordered a red bull slush. The red bull slush was good. I ordered a caramel sundae for dessert and it was good also. Hence the 2 stars. I will probably avoid that Sonics for a while. ☹️

Managers. OPERATING HOURS. Please. Update your hours online when you close early. Or at least put a piece of paper out or a sign by the sitting area. Several times I have driven from Plain Dealing over the past two years because it says you are open and you’re not. It’s incredibly inconvenient and rude to your customers when your hours are a complete mystery. I have then wasted 50 MINUTES of my day driving and another 10 fumbling through the app to use my deals. Only to get told you’re closed, or no one answer at all bc the store is empty once I was ready to order. I know you don’t need my business but this has happened enough to really make me not want to go to this location anymore indefinitely.
