We ordered through DoorDash and the food was super good! We loved the vodka pasta delicious!! I definitely recommend anyone ordering pasta to go for that one. & we got the margarita pizza was very good as well !

My Pizzas were perfect!!! I had a slice of the Chicken, Bacon, Ranch which had the Perfect crunch, was flavorful and perfect thickness where the bread was not overbearing. I also tried the Sicilian slice fresh Mozzarella which impressed me. I thought due to its thickness it was going to be too much and not have flavor throughout the slice, However the flavor of the sauce and cheese came through and balanced out perfectly.
The staff were great which was a bonus. As I dined in, they checked up on me and asked for feedback on my experience which I appreciated. I highly recommend.

The pizza was delicious! Thin crusted pizza with that sourdough and great tasting tomato sauce boosting the flavor! The french fries were so crispy and delicious. The fries were not too filling and a perfect appetizer for the pizza. The customer service was great and was an inviting, clean pizzeria.
Highly recommended and would suggest giving this pizzeria a try!

I ordered a pizza with 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pepperoni and sausage. My pizza came with 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 sausage. My daughter only eats cheese pizza, so I’m only giving them 2 stars. The pizza was okay. The sauce was a little spicy for my taste. See pics for my receipt and the pizza. The receipt plainly shows that both toppings should’ve been on the (same) 1st half.

Tl;dr: great ny style pizza, good friendly people, highly recommended! The long story: Ive been wanting a sourdough pizza for quite some time. We heard about this place and it was close so we had to check it out. Sooo glad we did! Thats some of the best pizza ive had EVER! Its sold as a new york style sourdough pizza so dont go in there expecting pepe’s/sallys/modern, but also dont let that deter you! This is a damn good pizza in its own right. The sourdough crust and base was thicker than the new haven style joints, but not too thick, and it was soft and easy to bite and chew though unlike some places that you really have to work your muscles to chew through, and yet it still had enough strength to hold the cheese and toppings and not fall apart. The sauce is quite possibly my favorite anywhere. It is saltier/tangy-er than most, but lends its flavor well to the rest of the pie and i loved it! The cheese is good and was stringy and gooey like a good hot pizza should be. It was easy to bite through and not thick and rubbery and had very good flavor. I ordered pepperoni and green peppers for toppings. The peppers are fresh sliced bell peppers and had a nice flavor though they could have been cooked a tad longer or even been slightly pre cooked, but it really didnt detract much if at all from the pizza. The pepperoni was delicious and was the type that curls and gets slightly burnt and crunchy along the edges and it wasnt too greasy. And like i said, the crust was excellent. The un-initiated might think eww gross- sour dough?!?!, but thats not the case. In fact you barely notice the flavor except that its slightly tart/sour. Its not overpowering and you barely notice it, but yet it adds another dimension to the flavor of the pizza. So with the combination of all that, you get a really great pizza with wonderful flavor, and is meant to be picked up by the slice, folded and eaten just like they do in ny! Dont get me wrong, i love me some new haven pizza, but this is so deliciously different, but yet not all that different from the new haven pies we’re used to. This pie may even un-throne a few of those places as my new favorite! The staff was friendly and efficient, and the prices weren’t horrible. You can do take out or eat in, but if you eat in, you serve yourself and clean up when youre done. This place is a little out of my way to get to but has definitely been put on my list of favorites and id highly recommend it to anyone!

The loveliest people work here! The co-owner, Nuncio, is a gem. The food tastes fresh and homemade! The gluten free and vegan pizzas do not disappoint—a rarity! And they use the good vegan cheese brand!

Split decision here. Spouse loved the pizza (New Haven style) whereas I did not. I miss the NY/NJ style cheese and don’t care for the burned crust.
The store itself is cute and you can see the care they took to make it nice, even in the bathrooms, but NJ and NY pizza beats CT pizza everytime!

Always a great experience at Pizza Lyfe. Great food, clean environment, and friendly staff. The pizza is fresh & high quality. My faves are the Tri color pizza and the Spicy Pizza Lyfe. Highly recommend!!

It’s barely ok. I’ve gone twice and someone had their pizza at a party. I’ll never go back. I’ve lived on New Haven pizza and this would never survive there. Papas in Milford is light years ahead.
