Got the order wrong even after telling the person taking the order several times what we wanted to eat. When we told them about it being incorrect the lady said i don’t prepare the food. It would be good to have communication with the one taking the order to those preparing the food so the orders are correct.

Service is TERRIBLE. Screens always broke but they want you to make sure your order is correct on the screen. Went for two pretzel twist they came out with no salt. Never thought I had sent it back in for them to put salt on a pretzel and when you tell them extra salt bc they put none on it. The pretzel comes back drowned in salt ♀️ I’ll just stick to the one on Coursey from now on

Consistently sucks at this location. The screens are always super dark. The order is only right 10% of the time and it’s a bummer because Sonic use to be a favorite until I moved and ended up with this sad Sonic as the nearest one. Really wish the current owner or whatever would retire and let someone who actually cares take over.

Came for the Crave burger amazed by the onion rings. I got the new double crave burger with added bacon and jalapenos and a side of onion rings. The crave burger was as amazing as expected. I rarely get onion rings any where but I will get these more often. Nice amount of onion to batter ratio while being fresh and crispy. The burger was fresh and delicious as well. Juicy meat patties with the right amount of sauce and dressed with a fair amount of lettuce and tomato as to not over do it. I used the app to order and checked in when I arrived. Service was fast and courteous. Very impressed.

I wish I would’ve said it’s to a receipt, to give her credit, because this lady was hustling. They were having trouble with the system/speaker, but she just asked me wait a minute while it boots up. Then she remembered some of my order and was ready when I hit the button again. She was ready for whatever was thrown her way, it just rolled off her shoulders. I heard her on the the customers speakers. I know not everyone would be able to handle this. BTW. She’s BY HERSELF, meaning she’s taking the order of every car want delivering all the food AND dealing with the technical difficulties. I would be on the verge of tears if I worked here.

I placed an order for two long hotdogs with mustard ketchup and grilled onions and one tiny hotdog with ketchup and onions. All of them had mustered. Instead all of them were messy with most of the toppings on one side of the dog. I called and they agreed to remake them but blamed me for them being messed up. When I went to pick up the replacement food they wouldn’t even give me a bag because according to them that’s how I messed up the first order. Attached is how the made the replacements and only 2 of them were replaced. Neither of them fixing the hotdog that was supposed to not have mustard.

Me and my grandfather came here, had to move three times because two screens were off and we couldn’t hear the woman. When we got our food they said they didn’t have change for a twenty and asked for card?? What the freak sonic? Maybe shut down at this point.

Horrible experience/service. This is unacceptable, trying to kill me with these burnt buns and none of the toppings I asked for and paid for. This meal could have gave me cancer/food poison. Just horrible!
