Employee should probably find a line of work she enjoys. Think its the manager as well to top it off or shift leader. Needless to say my whole order was incorrect when I asked her to correct the drink portion she simply takes it inside and has the gall to bring the same exact drink back out. Even after asking for her to correct it. She shouldnt work with people. And the rest of the order was incorrect. Honestly it isn’t about the order I get we are human and make mistakes. It is the complete lack of effort in any part of their work that is the issue. Who would choose to live like that on a daily basis. From beginning to end that experience showed me exactly the type of person I would never want to be.

I would like to personally applaud this Sonic for delivering what might be the most artistically terrible fast-food experience of my life. Truly, it takes talent to fail this hard.
First, they handed me my ice cream before anything else, which was a bold choice considering I then sat there for an hour waiting for the actual food. By the time they finally remembered I existed, my ice cream had fully transformed into flavored water. Delicious.
I got home, opened the bags, and discovered that not a single item was correct. Not one. It’s almost impressive. Like they looked at my order and said, “Let’s do the exact opposite.” Honestly, at this point I’m convinced they’re running some sort of social experiment to see how far they can push customers before they snap.
And the staff? Let’s just say their overall vibe screamed “not exactly in a hurry.” The whole area smelled strongly of marijuana, which certainly explained why everyone was moving like they were underwater.
This place is so consistently bad it should win an award. If you’re craving disappointment, melted desserts, and employees who appear spiritually elsewhere, buckle up! This is your spot. Otherwise, steer clear unless you enjoy writing angry reviews at 1 a.m. like me.

My experience here was AWFUL! Mind you, we ordered two hot fudge sundaes and it took about 15-30 mins for those to come out. It said someone was on their way, but they had never came so we had to buzz the the button again just for someone to come on the mic and respond in the worst way. Whoever the lady was that was on the intercom had the worst attitude and she should not be working in customer service, when it wasn’t even that many cars at that! You would think with two sundaes we would be the easiet order but apparently she has to take it out on two people who just asked a simple question? And then, when we finally recevied our sundaes you could tell that they were just sitting on the counter because they were overly melted and just not good at all. And then they didn’t even fix it right, the ice cream on top and the fudge at the bottom, for $8.56?!? Who wants to eat a sundae with fudge just collected at the bottom in an uneatable mess?? For all that I could have done a better job at home, we will not be returning to this one again!

The slow service. This is the second time in a row in which service is absolutely, painfully slow. I placed an order via app around 6:45pm with a pickup window of 7:00pm-7:10pm. I arrived a bit early and entered the stall number. After waiting over 20 minutes, I went to the front door around 7:23pm.
The lady apologized and asked what my order was. It was sitting at the front door for who knows how long. Part of me thinks that because it was raining hard, none of the employees wanted to come out.
I will not be patronizing Sonic if they cannot get more efficient with customer service.
Also, this is the second location where my receipt barely has ink for me to write a review.

Me and my mom both got a burger a drink and tots and the drink and burger was fine but the tots her hard and cold so my mom asked for some new ones we said that we didnt mind waiting for new ones so they came back and got us the same tots just refried. We asked for new ones- im not sure why they just didn’t do that

They NEVER get my order right. And when they do it’s the lowest quality possible. I ordered a medium m&m blast with extra m&ms ($6.68) got a mini no extra m&ms. Didn’t realize until I got home and this is not the first time something like this has happened. They need to get some workers that can read.

Fire the whole damn night shift that worked on 12/19/25… told me to hold one moment to take my order, waited patiently for 30 damn minutes then everybody disappeared but this a 24hour place… I will never recommend anyone to come here because they service is bullshit.

10 minutes and never took my after order telling me to hold on. This is the second time I have had an issue, the first it was fifteen minutes until my change was brought to me. The carhop had to come ask what bill I had given her, I would chose another location to visit.

As you can see a picture is worth a thousand words. Thankfully I was lucky enough to get my milkshake 5 minutes before another poor customer was turned away because , you guessed it, the ice cream machine was down!? lawwwwd!!! Other than that the poor lil waiter was so sweet he was such a sweetheart and you could tell he was shy and probably embarrassed to be serving the food his obviously high co workers had prepared. This is what happens when you let teenagers run a restaurant.
