Went here Tuesday February 3rd, right before closing, before hitting turnpike, ordered two McChicken sandwiches for my daughter, asked for no mayo. (Allergies) also ordered double with cheese, and nuggets.
Got to second window for food (young man), paid at first window (Young lady).
Pulled up to curb to check bag, both chickens had extra mayo on them. So I pull back to first window and young lady from before yelled towards front whether she should take another order. Hence they were about to close and we already ordered. So we didn’t stop at speaker. While watching the young girl disappear just out of our sight we noticed the young man from earlier handing a bag from the window to another customer. So I pull up to that window and he disappears as fast as we pulled up. Then now we’re sitting with an 11 year old with the wrong food and an hour and half ride home. I knocked on window, they plainly seen us, honked horn while they hid like children around the corner where they stayed. We left and will never return here and will definitely not recommend….!!!
They don’t deserve even 1 star….!!!

This was my first time trying door dash as an injury I have I am not able to drive let alone walk around far. Door dash did a great job I received my order before the estimated time. But Mcdonalds strikes again missing a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle and no straws for my drinks. The receipt on the door dash bag does not even reflect my full order yet the online receipt from mcdonalds shows it all correctly. Almost everytime we go to this mcdonalds they forget something so now I had to call doordash to get a refund from mcdonalds when it was mcdonalds fault.

Great location. Right off OH 2 and across the campgrounds. Very easy to get to, hardly any traffic. I personally don’t care much for McDonald’s, but the convenience here makes up.

They have kiosks in the front of the restaurant where you place your order and then have your food delivered to your table. Pretty cool. Not much interaction with employees if you need anything. And it took awhile for them to bring out the food. Still good, fresh

Don’t order anything that comes with lettuce other than a snack wrap. They are only putting lettuce on those not on nothing else. Then when you take the issue to them YOU are the 1 with the problem. Look I didn’t under order inventory. It’s not my fault y’all can’t do your job. Very unprofessional!

We went through the drive thru, and surprisingly, everything was easy going from start to finish. The line went smooth and fast, the cashier was sweet and patient with my husband, and the food was hot and fresh. I’m not always too fond of McDonald’s food, especially traveling to different ones, but this is one of the best ones we have been to- all around.
