I placed an order for two drinks at 6:56 PM. By 7:16 PM, I still had not received them. I pressed the red button to check on the status of my order and received no response. I pressed it again, and the conversation went as follows:
Me: I’m checking on the status of my order.
Employee: Ma’am, I don’t know what you ordered.
Me: Two drinks at 6:56.
Employee: We’re short staffed.
Me: Okay, can I cancel the order and receive a refund?
Employee: If you paid with a card.
Me: That’s fine. I’d like to cancel.
Employee: No response.
Based on this interaction, it did not seem like there was any intention of completing my order. Had I continued waiting, I believe I would not have received it. I have already contacted customer service to request a refund. However, I feel it is important to note the lack of communication and follow-through regarding customer orders.

This is the absolute worst sonic I’ve been to. I’ve given this location so many chances because of convenience but it’s not happening again. You have to pull into multiple stalls just to find one that works. You can place a mobile order and they seem to log it out as delivered to your car because you’ll see people come in after you and order in person and leave with their food before you get yours. Sometimes you ask a worker where your order is and it’s like they never even made it. I’ve ordered on the app and had to wait 30 minutes. I only waited because I had already paid and couldn’t even get anyone’s attention to give me a refund.

I love their milkshake. I don’t like the amount of whip cream so I order no whip cream. I think they still put the whip
cream. They blend it in the ice cream. I would rather have a half cup of real ice cream than an over filled cup of whip cream ice cream. blended

I pulled in, and they were packed. I expected to wait a while, but after 30 minutes and every car around me ordering, getting food, and leaving, I still had not ordered. I tried to ask an employee walking by, and if I didn’t want to move to a new stall in case I was still in line to place my order. The employees ignored me, and I left. This is the second time in a row I’ve had terrible service there (none at all in this case), so I won’t be back. And maybe this helps you find a somewhere else to give your business as well.

Attempted to order at 5 broken stalls before arriving to a functioning stall. Took 20+ minutes to get 2 Oreo blasts. Place isn’t even busy. Server asked us to leave a 5 star review because she “needs a certain amount of five star reviews before midnight.” Discovered they only sprinkled Oreos on the top of the blasts and didn’t put them in the ice cream at all. Lazy. How are you going to request a 5 star review when you provide less than 1 star service?

You should drug test the whole crew that worked 10/12/25. Cuz how you gonna leave me waiting for over 30 minutes just to tell me you were out of coke. You knew damn well that drink was out before you let me sit there for 30 minutes. Then when I asked for a refund, homie went and started running orders out. Run me my refund before you run other orders out.
