The absolute worst customer service, restaurant management, employees and fast food around. The manager threatened to beat me up when I asked why it had been 30 minutes and my order was still not ready, but they kept serving people who came after me. The drive thru person refused to acknowledge me. They refused to give me my food or give me a refund. They yelled obscenities at me with my 8 year old daughter and 70 year old father in the car including racial remarks. Do not ever go to this Sonic!

It’s rare to receive fast, accurate, fresh food. Usually missing one or more of those 3 keys to success. Complaining doesn’t seem to make any difference. I’ve NEVER received a text, phone call or email from Anyone when I call the Manager/Supervisor number.

The girl taking th orders sounded like she didn’t want to be there. It was 10am and all I wanted was a burrito and drink but the way she spoke over the box made me not even want to order. Not that you gave to, but out of common curiosity when someone speaks to you, you speak back. She couldn’t even do that. Hope it’s better next time
