Ordered a large drink that comes with cream, and asked for extra cream. Paid for the extra cream. Drink comes out wrong with no cream, I ask if there’s any, the carhop lies and says yeah. I ask if she could add more, she comes back, and the drink is the same! This sonic has depreciated so much and I hate to see it. Terrible service.

I had 2 pretzel twists with cheese and I think the cheese was bad. It looked weird but tasted fine, I’ve been VERY sick since an hour after eating. Check dates on your cheese and if it looks funny don’t eat it!!!

Don’t order with app at this location. We were at a stall when we checked in. Welcome screen never came up. Looked at the app and it said we were at the wrong location. We quickly drove to the other location and one of the workers said we were at the right location, that google has the location addresses screwed up.

Love the Super Sonic double cheeseburgers. Reasonably priced, fast and friendly service. I do wish they would bring back the Super Sonic Jalapeno Double Cheese Burger, but of course that is no doubt a corporate decision.

I ordered the #16 Breakfast toaster combo w/ tater tot. There was a *red hair* fried into my tater tots, that I may have eaten if it had not been for me taking my time eating. And there’s no phone number to call to make a complaint. Poor choices in handling people’s food. Get hair nets, Sonic’s!!

Ordered me and my wife’s food, get home and we got the wrong or incomplete order. I drive all the way back and hit the red button, lady comes on, and I explain what I ordered and I get no response. I wait a few, hit the button again and I’m met with, “what is it?”. Explain again, and about 10 min, my order comes out incomplete and wrong again. I was told that they couldn’t find tots and had to go outside to get them. Manager came out and apologized. I actually feel bad for her, because the other employees obviously don’t care about their responsibilities. Drive around and there are 2 male employees hanging in others cars, hollerin at chicks.
This place used to not be ran this way. I rarely eat fast food and this location is one less place I’ll be visiting in the future.

Waiting over 10 mins with two other customers here both employees on the phone without a care in the world.not to mention I thought the button was broke when I pushed it and waited and waited and watched the employee sit the phone down and finally take my order. Drive the extra 3 mins to Ryan street. At least they get your order right

This is sad I literally order from the app my food was simple extra bacon cheese burger with no pickles or tomatos with fries they literally ignore my request and put what I asked not to have and on top of that where is the lettuce then had the audacity to put burnt bacon on my burger like I wouldn’t notice like sonic wonder why they going under like Burger King I’m taking my business some where else

Food here is questionable. Burgers are served with hard, crispy edges while other foods are not indicative of respectable Sonic locations outside of SW Louisiana in terms of quality, taste and presentation. A recent breakfast burrito had something off white and not edible contained inside. Called 800 number several times over two weeks to supply evidence to obtain refund from the mobile order. Someone named Ashley C from store called after initial week to remake order. Explained the absence of food integrity exists and preferred refund since no plans to ever return. Refund never processed nor have any subsequent return calls resulting from additional subsequent calls to corporate with complaints supposedly lodged. It’s been two plus weeks and no longer worth the efforts required. BEWARE.
