If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service ppl seem like they’re forced to work there, do better. Don’t go here unless you want to wait half an hour for your cake to be ready even after placing it days before. Not only that rushed to finish it just for it to crack straight through the middle due to the fruit being put in the middle. Horrible.

I stopped by to order a cake on Saturday (yesterday), and they gave me a price on paper. I stopped by today to pay for it. And the lady that attended me just now, is now charging me more. Even though I brought the paper with their letter head that they gave me yesterday with the price and cake style. And this lady still had the audacity to cop an attitude.

Never had a bad experience but one of the girls younger one was very rude. I gave her the name of which was the person who order and she proceeded to tell me she needed to know how big because she had many orders. Had me there waiting while I call the person who order it to tell her. The whole time she gave me attitude and I was just trying to keep my cool because I never came at her in a wrong way. Just lost a customer not going back!

5/31-I ordered a cachisflan plain white cake (no writing) with blue decor (border and flowers) for my son’s confirmation celebration.
6/1-My son’s sponsor picked up the cake for me. Drove from HP to San Bernardino. When we were ready to cut the cake, we discovered the cake had a written message that read “congratulations Elizabeth”.
I immediately called the bakery. I was told to call the next morning to speak to the manager. I called the next day in the afternoon. And the female employee that answered the phone on 6/2/24, told me to take the cake back to the bakery. I replied to her, I was really supposed to not give out any cake to my guests?! SMH!! She began speaking and ringing up a customer in the store while I was talking to her. I told her that was a very rude way to treat customers and hung up on her. Asked her for her name and she said that was private information.She was incredibly rude.
This is not the way to treat a customer that is calling to resolve an issue that is in part the business’s fault.
Our fault was to trust that the cake was the one we ordered since we gave the order name!!! Very disappointed in their customer service skills!!!

I love this place! I’ve been coming here for the past 13 years. It’s a very small bakery. The bread and the cake are delicious! The staff is very kind. And the it’s not expensive at all. Most of the workers speak Spanish only so if you don’t speak Spanish and you have a problem with them not knowing English very well that’s a personal problem. The staff is very helpful and respectful. Definitely recommend this place!!

Horrible experience ever!!! Be aware if you bought a vanidoso cake on 02/26/2022 and got sick it is because the cake was raw, I noticed right away after I cut mine so I took it back to the bakery but they refused to give me my money back, unbelievable!!!! they accepted that a lot of cakes were sold in the same day and baked in the same batch but even though they know that the cakes could be raw they continued selling it, they didn’t remove it from the shelves, the customer service was the worst, nobody takes responsibility, no manager or supervisor or someone who can solve the problem
