Pay attention to what people order and GIVE THEM WHAT THEY ORDER. Thanks to incompetent workers, I am eating a cold bologna sandwich for breakfast and threw the sonic crap in the trash because it was loaded with raw onions that do not even come in what was ordered. Guess the workers just decided on their own to add them and make whatever they wanted me to have. Wasted money.

Very slow business waited like 30 45 just to try and order. I even got down to try and order still nobody and all they said was we are short today we will try and get to you as soon as we can. After a hour wait I just left. Wont be going back to this sonic in Carencro again. Ridiculous

We placed large order and when we opened our orders, 2 of the burgers don’t have what we ordered (tomato, lettuce, cheese & bacon). What we got had ONLY meat & bread! One of our burgers the bottom bun was BURNT, not slightly burnt but entire bottom bun was inedible! Also missing was the 2 Marinara sauce told to add instead of Ranch dressing with Cheddar Peppers order. Onion rings ordered and got fries with 2 orders instead. This was the worst food order I’ve ever gotten from a Sonic!

Most disrespectful management. I ordered on the app and waited 20 minutes for two shakes. I asked a carhop about getting a refund and she returned with my order and told me the manager said I can get a refund in the app. I tried and wasn’t able to. I called the store and the manager was so rude annd yelled in the background about “if I make a complaint he’ll know why” and my shake had very little peanut butter in it. Tried to report it in Sonic website, but the Carencro location is not an option.

This sonic has its good days and it’s bad days.. they are pretty busy and they are steady. But they must be short staffed or something.. everytime I go there ms. Shelia is there lol very nice lady.. Today particularly was an off day.. I ordered French toast and when I got to my last one it looked like they picked it up off the floor and gave it too me.. the other 3 were ok though

This is the absolute worst Sonic! Food was cold and burnt! I was actually giving them another chance bc last time the patty on my burger was cold. I will never go back to this location it needs to be shut down and employees/ managers need to be trained on how to properly prepare food. Nobody wants to pay 30+ dollars for food that is not fresh! I’ve attached a picture that shows burnt/hard onion rings and the supposedly double quarter pound sonic cheese burger where the unmelted cheese is bigger than the burger- totally disgusting!

If I could’ve gave it a 1 star I would…. Please tell me when u get a shake is liquid almost the same consistency of water supposed to be thick… why was my whip cream mixed into the drink and not on top, why did my shake come with a flat top and not one that is round where the whip cream is supposed to be… cup was not full… asked for extra strawberry taste like straight ice cream I do not recommend this place at all way better sonic establishments out there !!
