I gotta say if this is my favorite Dunkin location they have a great staff even when I had to wait a little longer they accommodated me and helped me with my order. The food is always fresh and hot. Coffee is delicious. I definitely always come here when I need my fix.

Avoid this Dunkin at all costs. I ordered myself a regular cappuccino and egg cross and requested it to be extra toasty but NOT BURNT. They literally took it out of the microwave (I guess) and served me a burnt and soggy croissant. I took a bite and burned my lower lip as it was ridiculously hot and at a very wrong temperature. They need to educate themselves on this. Toasty doesn’t mean extra-soggy-dripping-unpleasantly hot!
Secondly, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Rude customer service made it all even worse. The staff that work here make you feel like they are doing you a favor, literally! I paid for my food and drink and I deserve to have it with respect. Fine you don’t wanna smile, its ok. But just don’t behave rudely. The owner of this location really needs to train the staff on basic etiquettes! Very very disappointing.

feels off with the location. Not Indian burial ground off- just very segregated from all the shops in this mall and out of the way. The outdoor seating is facing a strange direction.
They had the toasted coconut donut and it was so fresh it fell apart in my lap while driving. I ate it off my thighs. I will be returning

I’m a Starbucks aficionado at heart. This location is nearby so I thought let’s give dunkin a try. The lady working there didn’t even greet me and my husband even though there was only one more person with a small child inside. When I ordered a coffee and donuts she assumed we don’t have Dunkin rewards and didn’t even offer me to sign up for the same. Way to go to make customers welcome 🙁

Went for there for their Grand Re-Opening. They went all out, even had the Duluth Highschool Band. It’s nice to see local businesses support thr community. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.
