Not the first time I went waste my money on a shake at this Sonic… today was just to much for me not to put a complaint in.. ordered a shake and after waiting in the heat over 10 minutes I received a hot soupy cup of what I can only assume was the shake I ordered because it looked like it had been sitting melting all day..the cup was warm letting me know that I indeed had been handed some old shake n I had to get it home put it in the freezer and I’m still waiting to see if it will somehow turn out to be some version of the shake that is at least edible to me eventually…

There is no way that every single time I come to this location specifically they take FOREVER ! There’s no way that I should be sitting at the intercom long enough to place the order online and no one still comes to the speaker . The manager is very unprofessional he will ignore you at the speaker ANDD if you pull up . There was no one in front of me so what’s the issue ? You can order a cup of ice and still have to wait 145 minutes ! They never have business and the staff is the reason !! I’m about ready to cuss the whole store out fr !

I don’t really like their food, the dill thing they had going on at the time is bad. Not even a thing where I hate pickles, I dont but the slushy they had tastes very bad. Straight sour bitter pickle juice. The sandwich was the best thing, I tried both dill tots and fries and the dill seasoning was tasteless. I tried a bit of everything on the menu, not gonna rate everything individually but as a whole it’s on the lower side. Greasy and salty. They had decent slushy which was weird when the whole dill thing came out. I thought they’d make it taste like pickle of course but in a more thoughtful way.

2 time being remade! 1st time bunt winner and placed side ways in the package! No apology! I hope the third time is the charm! Who do they expect to eat this! Obviously something is wrong is the winner looks like this and the bread isn’t connecting at the bottom!
Update! Just got the third one! Manager tells employee to apologize! Really sir ok ✅ At the moment there is only 1 other car on the lot and he didn’t have the decency to come address the problem hisself!?!?

I ordered a small Oreo blast and added peanut butter. The person taking my order left her mic on while having a personal conversation with another employee. She would go back and forth from taking the order to talking so I had to repeat myself because she wasn’t listening. The blast came out fast, but it was basically vanilla ice cream with peanut butter mixed in and a few crushed Oreos on top. This picture was after I had stirred it myself.

They suck horribly they take forever there is nothing fast about them. The works all have bad attitudes like they are not getting paid to be at work. Then after waiting a lifetime for your food road kill would have a better taste!!! Do not waste your money going there!!
