This is everything you want a Mexican restaurant to be. From the minute we walked in the door until we left. We were greeted warmly. The servers were very nice. We ordered the Shrimp Frajitas for two and I also ordered a Steak Street Taco on the side. The Shrimp Frajitas were cooked perfectly. The decor and atmosphere was charming. Will definitely be back.

Service was good, prompt and friendly. Food was typical Mexican fare found everywhere. Chips, salsa, entrees were all good. Prices were fair except for the beer. $4.50 for a single longneck in Heflin is a bit steep.
This old building has had many lives as a place to eat and parking has always been a problem. No restaurant will really succeed here unless parking is improved. Go just before or after peak hours and enjoy a good meal.

We had an amazing experience here! The food was absolutely incredible, packed with bold, authentic flavor, and whoever was in the back cooking absolutely nailed it. Aurora, our server, was fantastic: very polite, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Great food and great service we’ll definitely be back!

This is hands down the best place to eat in Heflin!!The Shrimp fajitas at other Mexican restaurants gives WAY more peppers and onions than shrimp but this place piles you up with shrimp and they have such a good taste!!I will definitely be going back!

Food is extremely overpriced for what they are serving, especially in this area versus the competition. They had ZERO high chairs in the restaurant when we went. Good luck finding a parking spot if there’s more than 10 vehicles there. The water tastes funky like it’s unfiltered, the rice is super chewy, and the tacos are very small. And frankly from what we’ve heard about the owners from their reputation of their other locations… no thanks. We’ll keep our business truly local.

Not only has everything went up in price, the quality and service has never been so bad. However this establishment broke all expectations, great food, great atmosphere very clean and service we haven’t seen in years. Highly recommend, we have found a New Mexican restaurant that surpasses any in the area.
