Literally the worst Sonic around. Its been this way for years. Half the time your order is completely wrong. The food tastes like it’s been under heat lamps all day. I stopped going a year ago, but decided to give it a try again….nope nothing changed. Order was wrong. Fries ice cold. Cheeseburger had nothing on it, literally just meat and the bun. Im done for good.

Horrible, after pulling into a stall and waiting 15 minutes to get recognized to place an order( which never happened)while watching 8 vehicles that arrived after I did in the drive through get served I drove around to the drive thru to get served. Won’t never stop there again!

Went indoor to order. Kinda strange you walk up to an order station – I was thinking it would be a window. Then you order and pay and someone comes out side door to deliver food. Bathroom inside smells really bad.

A pic is worth a thousand words. This is what poor quality control looks like. This is what you get when employees don’t take pride in their jobs. This is what happens when management is lacking or nonexistent.
I paid $5.89 for this chicken sandwich around 3:30 this afternoon (Sept. 6th) at this Sonic. All I can say is DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY$$$! By the look of my chicken sandwich (if you can call it that), quality control must be nonexistent at this Sonic off Hwy 445. As you can see, the advertised product is a very, very, very far cry from what you actually get. Sad…just sad! Where is management oversight???
