Food was perfect. The cashier guy not sure of his name guy with glasses and red color beard was very polite and professional. He made sure our order was correct. As well as everyone there we noticed were very friendly.We will definitely come back in again.

I walked in to order my food. The blonde girl up front was on her phone the entire time. Took her friends order and then walked away and didn’t take mine. I waited for 20 minutes till someone else had to come take my order why the girl went back to her phone conversation. I was on my lunch break and only had 30 minutes. AWFUL SERVICE!!! Won’t be going back!

I called to double check if they had a certain icecream cake that I needed for the next day & was told the cake I wanted had to be pre-ordered 48 hours in advance. I was pretty bummed but the sweet lady making the cakes got on the phone and worked it all out for me and made one. IT WAS THE BEST COOKIE DOUGH ICECREAM CAKE IVE EVER ATE. Everyone at the party complimented how good it was. She hooked us up and I unfortunately didn’t catch her name but I want her to know how much I appreciated what she done for us! ❤️

I asked for a 4 piece honey barbecue chicken strip basket the girl said she couldn’t hear me so I spoke up and after I did she or he was very rude , literally was a bunch of 16 year olds running the restaurant. After 25 minutes in the line when I receive my food all of my hot foods were cold , my ice cream in my blizzard were both melted, and literally barbecue sauce was POURED on my chicken. I work in customer service so I usually don’t complain about stuff like this especially when it’s close to close, but this was just ridiculous and it was past close so I could even get my order remade smh .
