Grabbed lunch today. This garlic burger was legit! Neatly put together and had quite the slathering of garlic butter. Nice to see something new on a menu and it show up as advertised. Tots were great too. Chili, cheese, and jalapeño. Cant go wrong with a Route 44 ocean water either. Food came out quickly even though they were busy. Good experience. Update: Grabbed the Hickory BBQ burger and talk about mild disappointment. Standard issue sonic burger with a quarter sized spot of BBQ sauce in the center. Should not be surprised. We’ll skip this item but still love a lot of the other things.

I Sar in our vehicle with our parents who have dementia for over 20 minutes. I pushed the call button and was told that help will be there soon. Pushed it 2 more times with no response. Finally, I had to leave without feeding my parents. When we first arrived, it was a little busy, but by the time we left, it wasn’t. I watched as 2 employees stood and talked for at least ten minutes. Sonic has lost our business!

Sat and waited for someone to come on the speaker at 2pm today and once he came on he had ZERO customer service asked “what do you want and do you have a mobile order” then I ordered and got zero response and had to wait longer for never getting any service so I left. Worst experience ever at Sonic!!!!

Completely wrong order not one single item was correct. I should have checked but I assumed it would be what was on the screen when I paid nearly $30 for mediocre quality food. Here’s my wake up call to give up fast food I guess.

Maybe it’s what I ordered? I ordered the chicken sandwich with large fries & queso ch for dipping my fries. My chicken sandwich was awful and unfortunately the fries were far from fresh, plus the “large” fries was about 3/4 full. I couldn’t eat them but still. I was exhausted from work & this was the first meal for me for the day. I was staying at Home2 suites sat down to eat and wanted to cry!! I didn’t have the car so I called it a day. The last Sonic I tried totally forgot my fries.

The strawberry cheesecake malt was off the chain. The young man, JuArron that served me was awesome. He took time to explain and answer my question. The stall number 6 had a bad screen. I wasn’t able to observe the advertisements as they ran across the screen.

I tried calling them but they didn’t answer, which is unacceptable. I’m unhappy about the lack of response and I need a refund. The charge has left insufficient funds in my account, so I’m canceling the order.
