Horrible!!! No straws in the bag. Could not hear me on the speaker. Everyone else was being heard. Only ordered 3 things of the menu. Attitudes all the time. And laughing the whole time while being rude. Never AGAIN!!!

I eat sonic a lot, almost every day on my break (at a different location) but this location is by my house. This is by far one of the worst locations I’ve been to. Last time I went I ordered a popcorn chicken meal and they gave me a smaller size than I ordered and it wasn’t even much chicken, plus I’m pretty sure the cheese on the “cheese tots” was some of the cheese off my burger.

My milkshake was nice. We did drive-thru and paid cash, our server didn’t offer us change, and when we walked for it he had to go back inside to get some. He did not get a tip.

Now usually I have a great customer experience here but today was not what I expected of Sonic. Unfortunately the Speaker claimed she couldn’t hear me and continue to say ” I’m sorry I cannot hear you and could you repeat that” . Also interrupting me before I could clearly make the order and I’m sure I was loud enough bc she heard me speaking but it was the fact that she had an attitude and the audacity of rushing me with the order that I was trying to make sure was correct the first time around. She came outside to my car to ask me to repeat the order which was fine. I just did not appreciate the atmosphere and tone textures of the person who took my order.

Employee took our order, kept saying it wrong with a bad attitude,then had to get help from another associate to fix the order that was first put in wrong! We have always had bad service. While the employees kept talking at the same time, I do not recommend it.

Updated 8/23/2021: just avoid this Sonic. Two other cars and it take 20+ min to get food at 9 am. The food will not look anything like what you ask for and they will skimp on ingredients. See picture attached of “Premium Burrito ULTIMATE Meat & Cheese” where there were only two tots and barely any meat.
