Ordered on app. Estimated 5 min order. Drove there. Checked in on app. TV screen shows good already being made & my name. Several others show up after, order, receive food, as well as online pickups, I push the intercom button & inquire about my food. They say it’s sitting there. Brought out & it’s cold as it’s been 36 min. Not the 1st time this happened. They just ignore food sitting there i guess.

We tried to order on the app but it said experience technical troubles. We ordered at the menu board where they were friendly and patient. We ordered the all american smashers and regular plain hamburger. Our food was delivered by Majella who asked if we needed ant sauces or anything. She was prompt in getting us extra ketchup. The food was hot and full of toppings. Great experience.

Didn’t add onions to my chili cheese tots, left off a chili cheese coney, the boba slush was mostly not slushy. The carhop assured us there was ranch in the bag and there wasn’t. I really regret tipping $1 and going to this sonic. Id probably suggest a different location if you want your food made correctly.

Went and got a double cheeseburger meal. The window guy checked the bag and said he thought the burger was missing. Guy in the back started arguing saying it was in the bag. It wasn’t. Went back through and they gave me a single even though I paid for a double. Disappointed, but at least the window worker was nice. I understand I got a good amount of food, but the other two meals were chicken bites.

Pulled up to this Sonic for the unicorn drink and honestly wish I hadn’t bothered. We ordered at 9:15 and sat there for over 25 minutes. No update, no explanation. When my friend asked how much longer it’d be, the worker straight-up said, “People have waited longer,” with the most condescending tone. Are you kidding? That’s not just rude, it’s pathetic. If that’s how you treat paying customers, you shouldn’t be in customer service. This place is a joke. Won’t be back to this location or any Sonic, period. Total waste of time and energy.

I had received the wrong order and drink had already sipped off the drink not knowing it was all wrong, gave the food back got the correct order but the same drink with a new straw, no condiments that I had added to the order! And they must have been rationing on my fries.

Well waiting over 15 mins with no one in the parking lot. Ordered the super sonic burrito and very very upset that it has noting in the description, all I have is a small piece of sausage. Some very old and dry eggs, no jalapenos, overall, very dry and old sausage i think we need to show the staff the the proper way of making these items.
