I doordashed and ordered a cheeseburger, and got some weird breakfast burrito instead. I ordered mozzarella sticks. And ONCE AGAIN. I GOT 0 MARINARA SAUCES IN MY ORDER. EVEN AFTER REQUESTING 6 EXTRA AS A PRECAUTION. It’s just constant mess ups.
This LOCATION IS RIDICULOUS.
This location needs retraining. You’re going to cause an allergic reaction and get sued otherwise, which is why there are protocols.
Edit, 4 months later: this is consistently the slowest sonic. They continuously make me wait 15 minutes past my pickup time. This time I ordered a drink and some tots and it took 20 minutes before I went in the drive thru, asked for my order, and it was given to me ice cold. I don’t understand it
Edit: 1 month after previous edit. This Sonic is still terrible. Took 25 minutes for a hot dog and pretzel.
This was escalated to the higher ups and I still never was given a refund and was promised several call backs. So I gave up and choose to never return to this location. Very disheartening.
I ordered a medium milkshake from the app and when I arrived, I let them know what stall i was in and I waited 36 minutes before I checked back in because it was a busy night and i can understand that. I asked where our order was and was told they couldn’t make it in the size medium, and put it in a large or 2 small cups and that they need to refund me and Remake it in a different size, but for some reason they could make it in a large small.
We waited so long for the manger to stop by after we were told he was on his way out 3x
The “manager” on shift “refunded” me said he couldn’t give me a receipt but i would get my money FOR SURE well i was overcharged and by the end of the wait it had been 1hr 10 minutes our food was cold our order wasn’t correct but it was past 11pm and i was over it.
I’d like for someone to contact me to correct this situation.
The screen menu at the stall is not working. They expected me to speak through the speaker. I am total Deaf and cannot hear anything. This is a place with no ACCESSIBILITY for the Deaf.
