The only reason for the 1 star review is that service is SLOW.. easily the slowest fast food service in Millard. Also, I have encountered a lot of grumpy workers with poor customer service skills. Lastly, for whatever reason, the drive thru workers NEVER REMEMBER TO PUT MARINARA SAUCE IN THE BAG when you ask for it. I always have to request “extras” at the window. The food itself, is always good.

I doordashed and ordered a cheeseburger, and got some weird breakfast burrito instead. I ordered mozzarella sticks. And ONCE AGAIN. I GOT 0 MARINARA SAUCES IN MY ORDER. EVEN AFTER REQUESTING 6 EXTRA AS A PRECAUTION. It’s just constant mess ups.

This LOCATION IS RIDICULOUS.

I was trying to order through the drive thru stall and I pushed the red button to order and they completely turned it off didn’t tell me anything or asked if I could go through the drive through. I was literally only trying to do a door dash order. The least they could do is tell me. And I never ever do reviews but this just pissed me off like common courtesy.

Spent 20 mins in the drive-through lane more then half of which was sitting at the order screen asking to wait after a while I asked if any one was there and was asked to wait again so I drove off not only was I made late to work from break but also got nothing. Also only had a few cars they weren’t even getting slammed with people. Very pissed off will be making different selections for quite some time.

Husband went through around 8:30pm, bought me a strawberry fruit slush and a #1 without cheese, add mayo. Had to go back with the burger because it said no cheese on the sticker but had cheese on it. As I finished my drink a couple hours later, I got a chunk of something solid (probably an M&M) that shouldn’t have been in there.

This location needs retraining. You’re going to cause an allergic reaction and get sued otherwise, which is why there are protocols.

I waited 11 minutes for 1 Coca Cola. The worst part is that the app tells me it was completed 5 minutes after the order was placed. This is so that they don’t get in trouble with higher ups while leaving me waiting with no info about the status of my singular drink. What a disappointing experience

Edit, 4 months later: this is consistently the slowest sonic. They continuously make me wait 15 minutes past my pickup time. This time I ordered a drink and some tots and it took 20 minutes before I went in the drive thru, asked for my order, and it was given to me ice cold. I don’t understand it

Edit: 1 month after previous edit. This Sonic is still terrible. Took 25 minutes for a hot dog and pretzel.

***update***
This was escalated to the higher ups and I still never was given a refund and was promised several call backs. So I gave up and choose to never return to this location. Very disheartening.

I ordered a medium milkshake from the app and when I arrived, I let them know what stall i was in and I waited 36 minutes before I checked back in because it was a busy night and i can understand that. I asked where our order was and was told they couldn’t make it in the size medium, and put it in a large or 2 small cups and that they need to refund me and Remake it in a different size, but for some reason they could make it in a large small.

We waited so long for the manger to stop by after we were told he was on his way out 3x

The “manager” on shift “refunded” me said he couldn’t give me a receipt but i would get my money FOR SURE well i was overcharged and by the end of the wait it had been 1hr 10 minutes our food was cold our order wasn’t correct but it was past 11pm and i was over it.

I’d like for someone to contact me to correct this situation.

every time i go here the ice in the drinks is always melted and it takes over ten minutes regardless of the business. i order as soon as i get there but somehow it takes that long for someone to finally come out and give us our melted drinks after 10-15 minutes. Employees were incredibly rude and didn’t seem to care much at all

The app on the phone is not working right. There is no place to identify the stall number.
The screen menu at the stall is not working. They expected me to speak through the speaker. I am total Deaf and cannot hear anything. This is a place with no ACCESSIBILITY for the Deaf.

We decided to stop and get a quick bite before heading out of town. We parked in an order station and pushed the red “ready to order button.” Waited and waited. The button eventually timed out. Did it a 2nd time, still nobody ever responded. Thinking that one must not be working, we moved to another stall. No one responded again. 3rd station same. Drive thru line wasn’t long, so… we put in our order there and sat in line for another 40 minutes before our turn at the window… (2 sandwiches and a banana brownie shake) and sat there another 10 minutes . Sandwiches were ok. Shake was supposed to have real bananas: None. Brownie chunks: 2. Huge waste of time and money.
