SONIC WE ARE THROUGH. To the little kid who’s running this joint , please be a better person. You are a terrible one. YOU KNEW DAMN WELL WE WAS THE ONLY ONES IN LINE AT THE TIME. We ordered at 10:07. We didn’t leave the drive through till 10:20. I called bc I spent $20 on food that was ice cold. Mozzarella sticks I paid almost 7 dollars for and I paid $.10 now for marinara to get robbed completely to get cold non-cheese pulled mozzarella sticks. On top of that, you give me the crusty popcorn chicken from the bottom of the barrel? And when I ask what we should do about this you turn off your phones like a coward. Well that’s the first meal I got in a week . So you play with peoples food like you just did me and the turn around and turn off the phones. I’ll make so I got above and beyond to make sure this manger ain’t one anymore. Last time I called corporate was 3 years ago and I never saw them again. So good luck bud. Do better next time

I wish I could give negative stars. Came in at park by spot and asked for my to go orders. She said it’s ready and will be out in seconds. I waited more than 10 mins. Saw more than 4 cars been helped and passed by. Didn’t see any signs. I pushed the button and she said come by drive though which has a way long line. It took me more than 30 mins to be served. I asked her and she replied I should have come to drive through if no one comes out. How would I know and she should have mentioned that before. I asked her name and she replied Destiny or something with a big tattoo on her neck and closed the window hard. What a great example.

We’ve been coming for a hot minute and it’s just not really there. Our food order come out just fine but when it’s our drinks, that’s when it all comes crashing down. Recently we ordered 2 coco berry creams and instead got two different things. Mine was ice cream with a dash of slush while the other was close but not it. This isn’t the first time our drink orders have been wrong too. In the past I’ve ordered a Reese’s blast and instead got a peanut butter blast, ordered other kinds of slushes and still the order got mixed up after repeating ourselves three times.
I don’t like leaving less than 4 star reviews but this just isn’t funny anymore

Drive thru ordered 2 smashburgers, 1 with everything they normally put on it and 1 with mustard and ketchup only and 2 cherry limeade route 44 drinks. Was given 1 drink and 1 sandwich w/ burger sauce onions pickles and 1 burger w/ burger sauce onions pickles ketchup and mustard. No recipe. I had to ask for 2nd drink and my receipt and didn’t find contents of burgers until I was home. Customer service is lacking at this location

If I could give negative stars I would.. We went there on a Friday night to get a shake it is before 1130 and they close at 12. We pulled up to the screens and was told to go through the drive through and then we did and went to order and We were told they weren’t doing ice cream because they didn’t feel like doing it.

I pulled up to the drive thru menu to order. I was sitting in my vehicle at the drive thru order menu for 10 minutes before the drive thru attendant rudely said “how May I help you”? While sitting at the window I decided to take pictures of the thru attendant. A white young girl was sitting down on boxes, drinking and eating the entire time with her bare hands going into a bag and into her mouth. She was not attentive and even glanced over at my car and smiled then sat back down eating while cars was stalled in the drive thru and at the window. I did not order. I was not going to risk ordering food with someone sticking food in their mouths and not washing her hands. I did drive up to the window to ask her why was she serving food to customers after she was sticking food in her mouth with her bare hands and she replied “it’s not that serious” and then proceeded to close the drive thru window in my face. I be will reporting to this health department with more pics because Google only let me upload two.

Worst meal I’ve ever gotten. Chilli coney no chilli, hard tots and cherry sprite with 2 cherries but no cherry syrup.and no receipt. Girl at the window was to busy she barely stuck the drink out fir me to grab. I had tobstand up to get it. I had to reach up into the window and grab my drink from her. Food was inedible, drink was not cherry. Disgusted.

Ordered a sonic Reese’s blast with extra Reese’s, paid additional for the extra item that was not added. All the Reese’s pieces were added on the top and in all honesty was not a lot. I’m normally not one to complain or give very low ratings on services industries, but this Sonic location has been by far the worst one in Omaha. Very poor customer service, extra charge without giving the add ons that are paid for and just seems to have a poor lack awareness for customer concerns. If I were the GM, I’d definitely have a switch around on employees on that location. Just really unfortunate, I understand how working FF isn’t the best as I’ve worked in the industry myself when I was younger, but I definitely did have a different mindset knowing that trying to do a little extra would always change the scenario and attitude of customers that approach the window.

I wish there was ZERO stars! I have one because the burger itself was decent! Greasier than normal but it was still good! This was the WORST experience I’ve EVER had at a sonic. At any fast food place anywhere. First, I get the wait!!!! It’s a Friday and it’s busy!!! I am also super sick so I was irritable to begin with not so much at the sonic!! Then they finally came to the window after 15 mins and read back a order that wasn’t ours in a hurry. Then instead of saying sorry she just corrected the total and took my car. As the lady in the drive thru handed us our food super slowly and with attitude she proceeded to say “I know you’re mad but you do know it’s not like right away food it’s fast food” I am now mad and super irritated and yelled at her because my nose is dripping, I’ve been here for over 30 mins (WHICH AGAIN, I did NOT MIND!! I understand the wait and it’s dinner time) however that was uncalled for, super unprofessional, very rude, and that lady should NOT work customer service!! MY FAMILY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THAT SONIC EVER AGAIN! Spent $47.00 dollars for nothing!!
