Sonic has made some changes to their ordering app that make it very easy to order. The curb side up pickup really works well for me. My order is always hot and ready for me. I just really love going there now. The food is great. The service comes with a smile and I think the onion rings are phenomenal.

Rude drive thru male staff tonight 11/24/2025 at 4:45 pm. No greeting, just gave me my change out the window, handed my shake and then slammed window. I called and informed a female manager and she stated that the same guy was in training to become a manager. Don’t leave out any trainings on customer service skills because he needs them.

This place is, in simple words, the worst. The employees are clearly not up to even the simplest tasks and failed to fulfill the easiest instructions. The first stall we tried was either broken or forgot we because they never officially took our order. The worker who tried was just making trips and not writing anything down and never asked for payment. A random persons order also popped up on our screen. We eventually went through the drive through after waiting for 20 minutes and we were greeted with silence. It took almost 5 minutes for us to give them our order and it took almost another 20 minutes just for the first car in the line. This store is unbelievably slow and very unprofessional even for my low expectations from sonic. I don’t expect much but they failed so spectacularly that I had to write this review.

My coworker and I just went through the drive-through and we asked to do two separate orders the employee over the intercom said I mean, we’re kind of busy but sure I guess there was only two cars in the drive-through which I understand stuff goes on behind the scenes when I told Her that she was being rude, she went OK You can order now my coworker and I drove off. I called and spoke to the manager and he said OK. What do you want me to do about it? I just found the The situation, odd and disrespectful!

Got two of the three chicken tenders I ordered. They are incredibly small. Didn’t get either of my sauces that I ordered with my chicken. My tater tot container was only half full. Super awesome to receive after a 13-hour shift

Update we tried to come back today a year later… They got my order wrong I drove back they remade my sandwich took forever by the time it came out my tater tot’s were super cold. I asked if I could get those remade totally had an attitude huffed and puffed walked off. Came back with both of mine told me to have a good night. Got home the order was somewhat ok however you could tell they nuked it and egg was dry .. no cheese and burnt bacon again!!!!!
We always come here I had a small order I only had so much cash in a little bit on my card I tried to do two transactions, the lady looked at me crazy told me they don’t do that I had to pick one or the other. I told her I only had money on each thing she didn’t care I said fine just give me what I had and don’t give me my drink. nonchalantly didn’t even care OK,So sympathetic. I will never be back there again

This restaurant location is one of the worst for service I’ve ever been to. I went to the CarHop stall, press the red button. Red button stops flashing. Sign says we’ll be with you in just a moment. I wait 10 minutes. Nobody’s with me in just a moment. I then press the red button again, and a young lady says we’ll be with you in just a moment. I wait another 5 minutes, nobody’s with me in just a moment. Don’t go to this place, the food is not worth the horrible service.

The entire staff needs to be re-trained! Why have the drive thru menus outside if you don’t want to answer when it’s time for customers to order? This location gives lazy and very weird energy.

Love the peanut butter and banana shake here! The price has definitely gone up (5.68 for a small shake) but it was filling and yummy as a lunch substitute.

In their defense it was late and ik it’s annoying to serve customers at close but I literally ordered the simplest thing on the menu a large and small mozzarella stick. what I got was a small mozzarella stick and a bag of chicken tenders. this wouldn’t have been that big of an issue except for the fact I’m vegetarian and I dont eat chicken so I went back around to try and tell them they messed up my order (again i just wanted mozzarella sticks nothing fancy) they closed everything up while I was in the drive through didn’t even attempt to see if I needed anything just so they could leave understandable but pretty unprofessional. not only did yall mess with my food you messed with my money cause now I have an item I don’t want and can’t eat therefore I lost out on the money I paid for my food
