Chrysler Electronic Lean Burn
Very good customer service at this Sonic here in Hays Kansas. They weren’t sure about something on the order so they came outside and made sure it was right. The food was pretty good too and they even gave me extra coupons for the inconvenience. Really good management and staff at this Sonic I would give him 10 Stars if I could. It was nice gesture that they gave me those extra coupons. This Sonic the employees need a raise. Or at least a party to celebrate that they are good workers. This was fast food done right. The chicken sandwiches were very good and so were the hot dogs that my son got

I come to this sonic a lot for the cheap drinks but I think I’m giving up after what’s happened the past several times I’ve been here. I can’t remember what day but I came here a little while ago and one of the assistant managers tried to tell me the system was down and they didn’t get my mobile order so it wasn’t paid for. Except that it did take the money off my card. And then he just walked away without saying what I needed to do to get the order. Then about a minute later a car pulled up next to me and pressed the button and had no issues. So I pressed the button and someone very clearly answered the headset and then turned it off immediately. So I pressed the button again and a woman answered and was very polite and we were able to get everything figured out. Then this Sunday, April 20, I placed 2 mobile orders for drinks. I accidentally placed the first one early because I was trying to scroll and my phone just sent it through so I called and asked if I could have them wait to make it until 5:30. When I arrived, I put in a second order since not everything was on the first one. My sister parked in one of the mobile order spots so we figured if they didn’t realize the orders were for the same name, we’d tell them when they brought the new order out. They didn’t bring the first order so we told the carhop about it and he said he’d ask around. 20 minutes later we decided to call since we hadn’t seen anyone and the guy who picked up the phone sounded like he hadn’t been told anything about an order needing to go out. So he asked what was on it. I told him it was a Rt 44 Dr Pepper add raspberry and vanilla and a chocolate chunk brownie blast medium add peanut butter. So he repeated back a Rt Dr Pepper and the blast add peanut butter. So I said yes but the Dr Pepper has raspberry and vanilla. So he said “Ok. A Dr Pepper add vanilla and the blast. Are you here?” So I said “Uh..Yeah?” And he said ok and hung up on me. And of course the Dr Pepper ended up being wrong despite me telling him twice. The last straw was yesterday when I went to get drinks and I ordered a sprite add twisted lime, coconut, and cream. Whoever made it added the cream before everything else so it ended up with more than an inch of foam and empty space at the top. There are some good people working here. There’s a carhop with I think pink and blue hair who’s always super nice and has perfect customer service. I’ve mentioned her before in feedback through sonic’s website. But the people who don’t care make it not worth it to go here because I end up interacting with them more than half the time.

Was a great experience, I believe our carhop was named Charity, she was so smiley and wonderful. As we were finishing our food in the beautiful outdoors though, a gentleman was walking around pulling trashes near the playground and was smoking and it smelled so terrible. Ruined the moment. No complaints otherwise. Thanks Charity, another car hop, and the kitchen for a great experience. Wish y’all still wore skates though…

I am disappointed with the consistency of the drinks at this location. For the past three days, I have noticed that the drinks have not been filled to the appropriate level. As a customer who visits Sonic twice daily, I expect better quality. Additionally, the vanilla cream Dr. Pepper is not prepared correctly, as the cream should always be added last to prevent excessive foaming.

One of the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. They are usually out of items and won’t tell you until they deliver your items. Never have cheese sauce and will not let you know until they give you your pretzel. And then you ask about the latest drink and they are out of something. Their strawberry limeade’s lack in strawberry. We have gotten old bread on the smash burgers.

I believe they changed owners or managers of this store but the customer service is better it is much speedier as far as getting orders out and the employees I asked said they are happy with the change. I’m addicted to their shakes so I’m there 3 times per day sometimes. Overall great place to begin with and somehow it got even better.

Absolutely one of the best Sonic I have ever been too! The food was fast and correct, extremely friendly employees AND we were checked on twice if we needed anything. Napkins, extra sauces, etc. The guys working outside were literally running back and forth to get orders out fast. You can’t get that great service anymore at most fast food restaurants. Great job guys! Keep it up! Your service does not go unnoticed!

Clean lawn, good blasts, good food. They were out of Chocolate chip cookie dough but it isn’t the cashier’s fault.
Went back again tonight: Good food as always. 100% recommend the soft prezel twist (can get without salt). Strawberry shakes are made with real strawberries. The number 1 and 2 are good. Not sure what happened tonight but when I opened my burger, the lettuce was scarce and it looked sad. I did go 20 minutes before closing but that’s no reason to do a bad job on a burger.

This Sonic is OK. Lately I have been getting breakfast here once every week or two and about half the time my burrito has a big gash down the side defeating the purpose of a burrito. They also often forget the salsa or if you ask for 6 packets might only get 1 or 2.
