The night manager (I don’t have his name but it’s a male and he’s always there at night) of this sonic is the perfect definition of great management. He is very friendly, always in a good mood, and always makes sure the customers are happy. He goes above and beyond to make sure each experience is a good one. I hope Sonic pays him very well because he is definitely an indispensable asset to the company.

They were super friendly and understanding. We had a big group of us and we all ordered on the same ticket and than handed the cashier a stack of gift cards. She didn’t even bat an eye, scanned them all and we were good to go.

This was the Philly cheese steak I received, it was dry meat like what I would imagine chewing sandpaper would be like, and lacking any eye appeal. It was awful. My husband’s burgers were fine as we’re our drinks.

On May 30th 2025 we went to pick up. Supper took about 22 minutes and it’s very responsible man. He did not charge us. At all, the bill was 55 35 he was not accepting any of it. He told us he was the only one in the kitchen. And he worked as fast as he could and I knew he did so. Sonic should give him a raise.

We went on May 26, 2024 to sonic in independence Kansas. The service was the worst. It took us about 15 minutes just to get a large Strawberry limeade a medium cherry limeade and 3 pretzels. There was no one in front of us in line and 1 person behind us. The trash cans were overflowing with trash. The guy inside had long hair that was not pulled back. Every time we there it hasn’t been a good time.
