I have given this location several chances, and I love valley center, but this Sonic is just poorly run. My wait times have been crazy, 15-20 minutes or longer. Today I just said I’m writing a review because the rudeness was by far worse today than prior times. I ordered two simple items, one drink, one burger. 20+ minutes later they brought out a burger without cheese items I had requested for it to not have. I hate asking for a new item, but what was on it made it inedible for me, so I asked for a new one. The girl seemed confused, and acted like it was a surprise that I wanted what I actually ordered. The tone and body language was rude. I waited another 15 minutes for her to bring me out a burger that still wasn’t correct. At that point, I’m not asking for a new one again so I left.

Do not go to this location! The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! The employees are extremely rude and have no training in customer relations. I’m assuming the manager had a lack of people applying and took the first one that came in! These people definitely hate their job! There are a lot of locals that do not visit this establishment because of how awful it is ran, slow service, and how rude the employees are. This is probably why they are rated so low on all platforms with over half of their customers not recommending this place! We will never come here again, and I suggest everyone else do the same! It’s sad when a manager has let their fast food establishment become this bad!!!

Ordered on the app. When I arrived and checked in. I was notified that they were not able to fulfill my order, as they were out of onion rings. How does a restaurant that is known for great onion rings not have them. I also ordered my Sonic Burger with added bacon. When I arrived home. My onion rings were substituted with a small tots. No bacon added to the burger. When looking at my receipt. I was charged for the order that I submitted. A five mile return trip to the restaurant was not worth my time. I will just not only return to this to this location. I will do my best to discourage anybody living in my community from frequenting the location.

Forgot a significant chunk of our order. Including every single one of our sauces that we specifically asked for. Then when I called to ask about it, they basically gave me a “dang that’s crazy” and said bye. No attempt at making it better, not even a sorry. That was it. For the prices of their food the service should be much much better.

Food was fast. Ordered on the app and got a free redbull slush. The bun on my footlong was hard on one end which is why I gave 4 stars. I got a cheese cake master shake and it’s perfect. Overall good experience.

By far THE worst Sonic, which sucks because it’s located in my home town. Seems like EVERY time we go there there is something missing in the bag. Got me a couple of Frito Chili Cheese wraps and all I get is a tortilla with hardly anything in it. Paid for onion rings and didn’t get them! Called them, no answer! Ridiculous!

Placed an order through the app which was flawless. However, the issues started when it took over 15 mins to get my 1 ice cream (blast). They were moderately busy but I went after the dinner rush. Then when I got it the mocha crunch blast was inedible. It had so much coffee flavoring both mixed in and not mixed in that it was caked to the side. I tried to eat from the middle but even that was too bitter. Sadly I threw the whole thing away after about 3 bites. I don’t know if they are still learning how to make it but I was very sad that it didn’t work out.
