I ordered a chicken fried steak burger. I guess it had mayonnaise on it. I suppose that’s a normal thing you would think it would come with like gravy or something. Never had one till now. The picture seemed like it had hamburger buns but it came with the toast as buns. I’ve came here randomly and thought each time coming here I would have a different type of service or better service but most time the food is overcooked and it takes too long even for drinks.

Recently their Fried Steak Sandwich got an improvement with just the hamburger buns in place of the toaster bread. Seems not all Sonic locations got the message. RoseHill Sonic didn’t get it or didn’t see it posted on their menu!!! I ate the sandwich minus the greasy bread that would have made me sick as in the past. This particular night they were extremely busy and short handed. I saw one couple leave after waiting twenty minutes for their order. My orders were lengthy too. I asked for onions on my Chili cheese tots and boy did I get a lot!! That was the most chopped onions ever received on my order and it tasted really great!!! A Reese’s Blast rounded my dinner and it tasted great!!! The Fried Steak Sandwich is my favorite guys, I shouldn’t have to ask for hamburger buns nor should I assume the food on the menu will be prepared as in their pictures. Get some help too!! Sonic means to me, Fast Food! Inflation,,,, we all have to deal with……

I ordered two cherry limeades but we specifically asked for extra cherries and when we got home there no cherrys and actually extra limes the wait wasn’t bad at all but the cherrys were a disappointment for sure.

This location used to be really good. Lately over the last few months things have gone considerably south. Drinks were made wrong, food was not made to order correctly etc. Tonight everyone’s order was correct. I ordered a supersonic breakfast burrito and there are black spots (not overcooked) on the tortilla and the sausage tastes like chemicals. Sad to day, Sonic is my favorite place to stop for a drink, and a burger, but I can’t make myself return here again.

Burger was dry, hard and cold. How that is even possible when it’s “being made fresh” is beyond me. Fries were descent and hotter than the burger. Who ripped off the survey portion of the receipt? Yeah I’ll be calling in the am.

Asked, twice to clarify, for two Strawberry milkshakes and only got one. So then had to have her go back and send a ticket for me to pay for the second one and wait on it to be made after an already 15 min wait for food the first time. And they didn’t include marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks, which basically defeats the entire purpose of ordering them. Not a huge deal. Just massively irritating when it can’t be that complicated of a job.

Ordered the 2/$5 chili cheese wraps and they were subpar to say the least. It just looked like two stubby tortilla cylinders.. I asked for them to be remade or to receive a refund, either was fine. They remade them and didn’t treat me like garbage for asking, which I appreciate. Probably won’t be back, but the customer service was alright, so there’s a plus. Really wish I would’ve gotten a photo lol, but they were so prompt with remaking them that I didn’t get a chance.
