Very annoyed. ordered through the sonic app for extra mango and raspberry flavoring, got my drink back and it was nearly clear. I paid almost a dollar extra for the flavoring and it tasted like a regular sprite. I took them back to the drive through and they did remake them, with hardly any flavoring again, and I wasn’t going through a third time. Feel like when I pay almost a whole dollar extra for flavoring i should be getting a lot of flavoring. When i get this drink at other locations it’s nearly orange and not white

This is the worst food establishment in Goddard, KS. I have never gone to get food here and had everything in our order correct and there is constantly a wait, even just for drinks. I went one day during happy hour to get one cherry limeade and an order of onion rings. I sat parked in the stall with the button pushed for 15 minutes and they finally got on the intercom and said, “we’re sorry, there is going to be about a 20 minute wait to order. Is that okay with you?” Um, no?? This is a fast food establishment. I understand if you’re understaffed or if it is abnormally busy at that time, but they should be prepared for happy hour being one of their busiest times. I honestly don’t know why I keep giving them a chance. Way too expensive for such horrible service.

We ordered a super sonic breakfast burrito and got this dried out mess with french fries instead of tater tots in it. Our breakfast sandwich on a brioche bun looks more like some dried out patties on a hamburger bun. This is the worst sonic we’ve ever been to.
