my go to sonic spot compared to any other joints. the fried food are actually hot and crispy when the folks hand it out. the drinks are made right, not too much or too little flavor/slush consistency. i didn’t quite catch her name, but i’ve had her hand me food several and she’s so nice and chill. lady with glasses, beanie, and tattoo sleeves, thank you for your great service! i’ll come back another time to update your name and properly shout you out!

Like seriously Sonic?? I placed an online order tonight MLK day. Wasn’t late? Wasn’t busy around 7:30ish. In my app. Ordered a burger meal? Chili cheese fries and 2 corn dogs. Burnt dry as hell corn dogs!! One was blacker then the next and you know they had been waiting for hours to go see Jesus. Do better! I even have a fabulous picture of this crap!

This is my local Sonic where we always have a positive experience. Other area Sonics have long waits and sometimes even rude staff. Everyone here is a delight. I felt compelled to leave a review after my daughter and I picked up drinks the other day and the adorable carhop bragged about making my daughter’s crazy unicorn slush himself. He was charming! Love this Sonic!

They have GOT to do better staffing this place. The staff are always running their tails off but waiting 20+ minutes to order and another 15 to actually get my one drink is nuts. I have driven past this sonic several times because I didn’t have 45 minutes to devote to getting my drink/ food.
That being said the people I see are always so nice. It’s not their fault it’s management.

I would usually got to the Sonic on wornall and the service had always been horrible. I pulled in to this one and the guy was polite as can be the food was hot and fresh even my ocean water was on point. I will never go to the wornal store again I will drive the extra 20 min to go to this location. You guys are the best!

Worst service. First the lady can’t understand your order. Repeated myself 3 times, the screen was finally correct. Get my order and the receipt matches the order, however it has the wrong side, wrong sauce, etc. I’d trust a meteorologist’s forecast before trusting this place ever again.

After ordering and paying for a shake, I was informed they did not have ingredients to make it. They said they could not refund my card, and that I needed to call a hotline for the refund. What a hassle to call for a refund on a $6 dollar shake.

Placed order ok app. Was suppose to be ready by 8:51. Arrived and checked in within a minute of placing order: at 8:55 screen no longer said my name or that my order was on the way, etc… at 8:57pm finally brought out order (2 items ice creams melted ). No apologies for time it took, etc.
