If you like to practice parking and hearing yourself speak, this is the place for you.

Pick a bay and it may or may not have a working screen. Move to another and it may or may not have a working screen. They don’t block of non working spaces.

Did you find one or just go through the drive thru? Get ready to start repeating yourself. Their speakers haven’t been replaced since the building was completed.

Did you finally make a successful order? Very good. Make sure its correct because after repeating yourself multiple times, more often then not it’s still wrong.

These are not one off occurrences. This is the way this location operates. Save the time and headache, drive to the next nearest Sonic.

This Sonic is always a bit of a mixed bag. There’s been times I’ve had. Fantastic service and fantastic food here and there’s been times that I’ve had probably some of the worst food I’ve ever had and service I’ve ever had. I will say as of recently service has been a lot better than it used to be. But there’s still some improvement needed to be done. The overall look and atmosphere of the Sonic is kind of depressing. Definitely needs a facelift.

I am so out done with the customer service that I received from Lily at this location and from the representative that I spoke with at 866 ok Sonic.
I went into this location and I specifically ordered a chili cheese Coney with no hot dog. Yes judge me if you want but plenty of people make orders and don’t want the meat. I don’t eat pork. I get home and low and behold there is a hot dog. I take the chili cheese Coney back to this location and I am told that in order for me to get a refund I have to call the 866 number. What sense does that make, is there not $3.93 in the store?! I call the customer service line I speak with someone that tells me it will take 7 to 10 days to get my refund back. That is unacceptable for a mistake that this location made. I requested to speak to a higher tier and I was denied. Every customer service has a higher tier and the man that I spoke with would not let me speak to anyone all he continued to say was I will get a refund within 7 to 10 days and it depends on my bank….. blah blah blah blah blah. I requested to speak to a manager and the rep said that management would tell me the same thing. He has no clue what I was even going to ask. I didn’t have an attitude at first but I have one now. This is unacceptable. So now I sit in my car with no food and my money is gone. Make it make sense. I really hope that the manager will see this and make it right.
Lily didn’t offer a thing to make it right. Good grief…..me something else instead, gift card for the amount. SOMETHING!! And I am going to assume the manager was not in the store.
Look at the receipt of instructions she gave me. You have got to be kidding me.

This location has responded to other reviews placed AFTER mine. All the while, I have still NOT received my refund. So now we’re at STEALING!!

Update: Text back and forth with customer service in March and STILL no refund. Looks like someone commented on this review March 5th. I am going to respond as requested but all of this back and forth….STILL no refund. It’s almost 3 months later.

I only go here when I am craving mozzarella sticks. They are the best in the fast food world. Occasionally I have to give them a wee zap in the microwave when I get home. Generally, they are crispy on the outside with a seasoned breading and melty on the inside. As good as you get in a sit down restaurant.

Otherwise, I don’t really care for their food. I also don’t like having to tip at a drive through. I do…because someone always has to walk my food out to me. But really, it kind of defeats the purpose of a quick and cheap bite.

For your own sake, please never come to this location. Over the past six months it has become unbearable to come here anymore. The last straw was having a $61 order and only receiving half the food and waiting 50 minutes for them to give us the rest only for them to refuse to. Couldn’t wait any longer and when we got home, we found that the food we did receive was grossly burnt and the wrong sandwiches. Never coming here again

I was up there on halloween night about nine thirty p m .the employees wouldn’t answer the intercoms at all. They were too busy having four of their friends inside the establishment. First time went through the drive through and I waited for about fifteen minutes and nobody would answer me. Then I parked my car and I pushed the button , and I sat there for about another fifteen minutes and they’ll be answer. Five different cars in pulling out of there , because they would not take care of nobody. Which I think is ridiculous. Ignoring customers and hanging out with their friends. I will never go back there and I don’t recommend people to go there.

They do fine when you go there, but I don’t think they quite understand how DoorDash works, I ask for a burger that is plain with lettuce and onion, but for some reason that means only add mayo? Which I’m allergic too btw, they keep doing this and I keep getting a full refund, I’m not sure how much money they have lost out on but it’s gotta be a lot, I think I’ll just stick with a different restaurant that gives a crap about their customers.

Updated 2/15/24: Go ahead and call me a liar because I’ve been back because I love Sonic and I’m lazy and don’t want to drive all the way down to the one by Costco when I’m near home. So it’s on me. But I have a sick kid at home. I had to go pick up groceries and thought I’d stop by Sonic and get her a cherry limeade and then thought a grilled cheese might get her to eat a little something while I was there. It wasn’t even grilled! It’s like they stuck it in a microwave and gave it to me. I’m paying full price for food and I’m fine waiting to have hot and fresh food! How hard it is and why is it every single time I get cold and partially cooked food?! So thank you for ruining my sick kid’s lunch and making me waste my hard earned money!

This is the last time I come here. This is the closest Sonic to me and it’s always mediocre. Good to go to for drinks but not food. I ordered a hamburger wacky pack for my daughter and paid $1 for cheese to be added. There was no cheese and she didn’t even get her toy. My mozzarella sticks were old. I have never once gotten the marinara sauce that’s supposed to come with them. I got the chicken slider, and it looks just cooked. Like I’m afraid to eat it because the chicken isn’t completely white, but it’s not really pink. It just has that texture like it is just barely safe enough to eat. I got two other meals. So $37 for one adult, a preteen, and two kids and to have food missing and the food we did get not even be hot and fresh because I thought they cook to order? Not worth the money. I’d be happy to wait an extra 10 minutes for quality food that I’m paying for. I didn’t pay for this quality. It’s a shame because Sonic in general is really good, but not this location. If it’s a staffing issue, I get it. But like I said, I’m willing to wait for better quality food and to make sure I get everything I ordered the way I ordered it and preferably more fresh. $37 for lunch is just insane. $4 of that is the added nerds in the kid’s slushes, but still.

The service is great and fast. The French fries are great. However, I finished my drink fast because they filled it with ice as you see in the pictures. So, if you don’t want that happen to you, make sure you tell them.
One more thing, their cups get broken easily. I think it’s time to change their cups. They should buy a different kind of cups which doesn’t get broken easily.

After all, the food is great as well as the service.

I ordered a foot long hot with relish. The hot dog had a cup of relish making it very soggy. I was disappointed since it’s my first time eating at sonic. The French fries were dried out and cold. The lime refresher with red bull was the star it was the best.
