Check your bags for blood before driving home! I used to love Sonic. My last and final visit was sad to say the least. I went through the drive-thru and checked inside the bag after receiving my food. I noticed one item was wrong, but decided it wasn’t a big deal and went home anyway (ordered cheddar bites and got jalapeño poppers instead, but I was kind of excited to try them). When I set the bag on my kitchen counter, I noticed it looked like it had splatters of cherry syrup on the bag. IT WASN’T CHERRY SYRUP, IT WAS BLOOD! I could even smell it! Thankfully, I didn’t eat any of the food and immediately called Sonic after having a mental breakdown. Whoever I spoke to said they could remake my food or I could bring it back if I wanted a refund. Umm, I think a refund is the only logical option here! So I drove back to return the food that had someone else’s biohazard on it and was told I should expect a refund on my card in five or more business days. That refund never happened. I tried calling corporate, and they told me there was nothing they could do. I eventually had to dispute the charge with my bank and they got me my money back. I’m gonna miss you Sonic, but this is goodbye. 🙁

I ordered DoorDash at 4:30pm. After the second doordash (at 5:30pm )showed up and messaged me thru the APP that they have not come out with my food if I could call them to get status I decided to call sonic. Some guy answered the phone and I stated what was going on and I just wanted status on my food to tell the doordasher this guy YELLED “ WE ARE BUSY and hung up. No sorry no nothing just HUNg up on me. After that the app updated to ETA 5:50-6:10 arrival time. I cannot cancel my order cause DoorDash doesn’t refund you the full amount . Almost 2 hoursssss to get one burger and tots and drinks is WILD ! No matter if you’re busy or not. Poor customer service!

Ordered the Sausage Breakfast Toaster and added Bacon (after it took 10 mins for my Order to be taken in the Drive Thru with no Line). Not Toasted and a Sorry Excuse for Bacon. Don’t Cook at all if it’s not going to be done Right. Would’ve circled back and gotten a Refund if I didn’t live Far Away. If the Manager/Owner of this Restaurant reads this, know the Quality of your Establishment had to be Very Low for me to take time to leave this Review. Pitiful. I won’t be Returning and I suggest no one comes to this Location.

I feel sorry for these employees! Every time I come here it seems like there’s only one or two people running the entire place! Of course service is extremely slow! I waited forever to give my order and then I waited even longer to get my order. Only for it to of onions so badly! Fries were cold and my pop tasted flat and gross! I do not recommend this location!!

They do fine when you go there, but I don’t think they quite understand how DoorDash works, I ask for a burger that is plain with lettuce and onion, but for some reason that means only add mayo? Which I’m allergic too btw, they keep doing this and I keep getting a full refund, I’m not sure how much money they have lost out on but it’s gotta be a lot, I think I’ll just stick with a different restaurant that gives a crap about their customers.
Edit: when has calling corporate helped fix anything?

GOSH RUDE! lady started yelling and screaming and getting mad for absolutely no reason at all. She comes storming and opens the window to tell me to just shut up and yells and screams. I was so upset and traumatized by this incident like I actually could not process what was wrong in the situation. I called the corporate number to report the incident because I actually felt scared and traumatized at the aggression the worker was showing. They took down my incident. I told them not to put a complaint towards that lady because gosh I dont want to ruin someones christmas or like get them fired. Maybe she was having a bad day or something but it was such bad behavior. I actually am still shocked up from this. I will be staying away from sonic from now on and I recommend that you do the same!!!

Usually a nice location to go to. More often than not, the food is hot, fresh and comes out in a decent time. Kudos
But I will complain today.. you can tell when the adults are working and when the teens are…. I waited about 10 minutes for my meals. I get home and find that my fries are old, dehydrated, cold and stale. I’m sure I could find fries under my car seat with better quality. I was waiting at the window for about 10 min…. you could have at least threw on some fresh fries. My dog thanks your for her treats… the stale fries.
Other than the fries and long wait, the burgers were delicious and rings were alright.

Lackluster: The menu screens, soda syrup, and lighting are always in disrepair. Exterior building cleanliness and maintenance is poor. Service is always phenomenal and food is as expected. Fryer grease needs to be changed more often. The employees and customers deserve better.

Boy oh boy where do I even begin? First of all, I’d like to point out that the girl who took our order (didn’t catch her name) was FRIENDLY. Then there was Ethan, the cook, and I know what you’re thinking… He’s probably just some guy. No. Ethan is a stand UP guy. He made some good food and made SURE the quality was up to standards. We like Ethan. Ethan is good people.

Can never seem to get consistently decent coke. 3rd time in 2 weeks that I have received carbonated water with a *touch* of coke syrup. Highly disappointing and a waste of money. However, everyone else that received drinks on my order like their non coke drinks…
