Orders pickup brought me out the wrong shake sent it back in to get it made and they sent back out a disgusting strong nothing but cheesecake flavor in my”oreo cheesecake shake.” Absolutely horrible. Can’t even drink it. Literally tastes horrible. GOT HOME AND THE KIDS SHAKES TASTE HORRIBLE TOO. ITS LIKE THEY ARE EXPIRED. THIS IS DISGUSTING.

Wish I could give this specific location 0 stars. Just left there after waiting 30 minutes for two drinks. TWO DRINKS. They then brought us the drinks and they were incorrect, we tried to correct their mistake and she got an attitude! As if we were the ones who messed up. It should not be that difficult to get two drinks, most of Sonic’s thing IS drinks! Everyone else that got their after us got everything before us. Insane. You guys need new employees.

Really good place to eat or just get something to drink. This location is really fast. We have gone several times in the past month and every time the servers are running around like rabbits. They don’t make you wait at all, nobody there is lazy for sure. Love their food and ice cream. Great location.

The people that work here are so rude. I was at the drive through and did not hear the lady tell me to pull around and ask if she got the order and she said “I said second” window. Got my order Sauage and cheese croissant it was so hot the bread was soggy. Like a microwave dip right there.

It is a sad shame on restaurant business to have DoorDash. Delivery drivers waiting 2030 minutes for a simple order. Receive the order the order was wrong. There were no straws in the bag. They were missing food.
Today today, 3 times came to this location for DoorDash. Their excuses oh oops, we forgot to check you in after pushing the button multiple times and asking then even using my phone to call the store and tell them we’re busy, we’re busy. This is how you treat your customers, especially when the customer has ice cream and is only going down the street. But the ice cream is has been melted. This is how you treat your customers other dis respectful if people here don’t like their job get a new job, find Something Else.This place is horrible management needs to step up and do their job, or they need to quit as well.Everybody here is a laughing joke.Would never recommend anyone coming to eat at this location

It took 36 minutes to get two meals after ordering and the breakfast sandwich was burnt. We asked for a replacement for just the sandwich and it took almost 20 minutes for a replacment for just that after calling to check on that. We got it and it was burnt as well. We just left with the burnt sandwich and threw it away. The car hop looked like she could care less if she was there. Didnt make eye contact with anyone she was helping and had a mono-tone voice. The man that took the sandwich back was nicer but wasn’t much help. You could hear many other people calling back to complain after we already paid for our order and were waiting. We will never go back to this location again. Even though it is closest to our home. This was the bacon egg croissan’wich from Sonic. That we had to send back and got back twice.

Food sucked. They need to clean their fryer, and not overcook the mozzarella sticks. My burger was missing the condiments and had black smudge stuff all over the top of the bun. I do not recommend
