Ordered a 4pc chicken nugget happy meal for my son. Got home and the container for the chicken nuggets had a cold sausage patty inside. For what it cost to go here now I’d expect a little better service and attention to detail but my standards must be to high for $20/hr employees handling food.

I wish there’s negative star option it will be -5* took 30 minutes for 3 filet-o-fish orders nothing else and the worst thing there is prices of plastic inside the 2 of sandwiches. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

I ordered a deluxe McCrispy meal. After eating the fries, I went to eat the sandwich and discovered it was missing the bottom bun. The food from this location is consistently cold.Will not be returning to this location, I rather go to the one on Twin Cities.

Manager Kathy was very rude to the drive thru worker when he accidentally added another frap to someone’s order. She scolded him very disrespectfully and in front of all the other employees as well as loud enough for all customers to hear. I felt very uncomfortable with how unprofessional she was in that situation

Never order anything out of the ordinary here. Guaranteed it gets mixed up or done wrong. I’ve never had a custom order come out right here. I asked for a plain cheeseburger and I got a cheeseburger with everything EXCEPT cheese! LOL. Can’t make this up.

I need to give the food three stars because McDonald’s has really gone downhill over the last 20 years. This particular location focuses solely on the drive-through. You can actually stand at at the counter for up to 15 or 20 minutes before they will come and take your order. And for people in a rush.That doesn’t really work. I noticed every time I go in here they try to steer you to using the kiosk to order your food. In my opinion, their kiosk is confusing. I am a truck driver and this McDonald’s has truck parking so I’m kind of stuck going to this particular McDonald’s on my route when I want McDonald’s. Otherwise, there is other options around the area or even another McDonald’s in the area for people in regular cars. I think the bottom line comes down to. They’re extremely understaffed.

Well ” I will love to see them smile “
Seems to be like people is forced to work there or really hate working there.
I have never received a welcome experience nor a kind smile. And now with the auto payment, it makes extremely difficult to order what we like, how we like it, restaurants are slowly loosing the ability to comunicate with guests.
Food is full of preservatives, colorants and artificial flavors. Only thing good there is the coffee
