I can’t believe this is the only fast food place in town. Out of the last ten orders from here, not one has been correct. I usually don’t even make comments because life happens, but when you charge a dollar for extras and never get them it gets old. I ordered two regular cheeseburgers and a bacon cheeseburger and just got hamburgers. Then I ordered again today totchos, they didn’t have tots so I said sure to fries and this is what I get for five bucks! Must have some good profit sharing options for the management. Someone build us a Wendy’s.

I asked for a southwestern wrap got a ranch wrap ended up, throwing it out tried calling, and they don’t answer the phone. I called the 1-888 number and all she Did was offer me a drink. I just wanted my money back.
I’ll never go back to that sonic. I think corporate needs to read all these reviews because I think this place should be closed down actually. I’m surprised they even have any business at all.

I went in tonight and ordered a chicken tender sandwich and this is what I received! I could not bite into it because it was so hard. They should have thrown these chicken tenders away a long time ago. I had to re order and get me something better to eat because this was disgusting. Please throw away your chicken tenders in a timely manner!

Been 7 years since my last review on this, place. Pulled up waited in the drive through. No one can on the mic, no big deal they were dealing with a customer, 5 minutes pass the car being helped left. Waited another 3 minutes “hello” nothing, not a we be right with you. Wait another minute “hello” no reply. Literally not that hard to at least say we will be right with you.

The condition of the parking lot should have been a warning. Took over 45 minutes to get our food. It was cold, and it was wrong. We had to get on the road. So I don’t have time to say anything there. When I tried to call later that day, all they did was pick up, then immediately hang up the phone.
Sonic used to be a good place to go eat. I have found over time, that not just this sonic, but the whole chain seems to be going down the drains.

For the past 4 or 5 times I’ve went to get a cherry limeade WITH EXTRA CHERRIES, and btw that’s an extra $0.80 that I’m paying and they only have gave me 1 cherry, I’m annoyed that I pay the extra $0.80 for extra cherries and only give me 1.

I had a great experience. Sonic is usually a hit or miss, but the food was good, served super hot, which I like and the service was outstanding. The manager on duty actually delivered our meal and then checked in later to see how our meal was. Thank you for a good experience. I’m visiting from Georgia.
