I ordered a pizza online. The lady at the window told me I needed a code. I gave it to her and she told me I had to go inside and get it out of the box. I told her every other time they just give it to me at the window. She said the reason for that box is so she can help other customers. She refused to give me the pizza at the window. She was rude, and completely disregarded that I was also a paying customer. Horrible service.

I gotta say this place has turned it around for about a year ago. The food is much better, the employees are night and day better! The food is hot and fresh and the customers service has been great! My kid has been on a Little Caesars kick lately and I have been impressed with it.
